About Us

*sigh* Where to begin? My Neo Family is constantly changing and growing, each of my pets have a personality that I have thought up over time/has been revealed to me by role-play or just having them on my account. All of the pets listed here are not up for trade or adoption, they are all precious to me, especially my yurbles.

The Pets

Airyvona is my only baby Neopet, she was originally created by me as a shield pet to use on the boards and has become a very special member of the family. Not only is she adorable, and protects me on the boards, she is the first pet I ever role-played with, and was my first expensive paint job. However, I did not pay for the brush myself, it was a gift from a very amazing Neofriend of mine when she saw that I was saving up for one on the boards, actually, that's how we became friends. Airyvona was created and painted all in the same day.

Air loves to play tag and visit her friend Nae, she enjoys tickle fights, and is the host of my about me page. She has no specific character design and never will, Air just has a special personality that's hard to explain, I see her every time I post, and her cute happy face always makes me smile. I keep her customization simple because I don't like super cluttered customizations, and view simplicity as beauty, and she's just too cute the way she is, why even bother trying to add trinkets and things that only take away from that?

The lovely lady you see here is Chris, she is one of my only pets with a specific character design, click her image to view her lookup which has more detailed information on it about her and her past.

I adopted Chris quite a while ago, one of my dream pets was a grey wocky because they remind me of the cat I have back at home. Anyway, I was browsing the pound boards and happened to see one about a grey wocky UFA, so I popped on and said my peace, and before I knew it I was the new owner of this precious kitty. It kind of surprised me actually. Chris is the first pet I adopted, and will always be special to me.

This is Lizzy, my pea chia. She has quite the cute story as well. Her history branches off of the Avatar Chat. So I was browsing the boards one day and saw the cutest avatar featuring a super attack pea, I decided that I would add that to my list of avatars to collect, and started searching for a way to create a pea chia. Originally I wanted to get the lab and zap until I got lucky, but upon clicking around and reading random petpages I found a wonderful little adoption agency based out of TNO and run by a wonderful girl named Lily. I sent in a neomail application, then asked to do a petpage app, and by the end of the month I was the chosen new owner of Lizzy! ^^ Lizzy is a sweet pea who loves to play in the sun and grass and roll down big green grassy hills (hopefully without getting lost) xD

This is Valkryion, my very first pet on my second try of neo, he's nicknamed "the Ancient One" and has a rather simple character design. I originally intended to paint him darigan, one of my favorite colors on eyries, but managed to get a good deal on a tyrannain paint brush and fell in love with his new look. He is also based off of one of the characters in my books, and he is my BD pet in training. He's the family protector. Valkryion flies me around Neopia on a daily basis, and I love him dearly for it.

Fun fact: Valkryion is taller than me (if you look at his lookup and do the math, he's about 2 inches taller than myself) so naturally, we're like the famed image of the battle faerie charging into battle on that yellow eyrie of hers ^^

This beauty is Valsheria, I painted her snow to obtain the avatar, she was my second created pet. Soon after her paint job I bought a gruslen and painted it snow as well. I now lend her out only through transfers to people I trust, because she was one of my first pets on my new account, and she is very special to me. Her name is the female form of Valkryion, they are brother and sister in a way because of that.

This is Caylanea, she was also adopted into the family, much in the same way as I adopted Chris. There was a board asking if anybody wanted her, and soon after I started a conversation with the board maker, I was chosen as the new owner, I had to wait until the next month though in order to adopt her, because both of us had used our transfers. After the wait Caylanea came to live with us, and is the third "edible" pet in our family ^^
She loves playing in the raspberry fields with her petpet, and can always be seen carrying her lulu plushie around.

Ryinion was originally created as a gnorbu because I wanted a Christmas one last year. After the season had passed, I won a orange koi morphing potion from the wheel of excitement and used it on Ryinion, and he's still orange Dx I eventually plan to paint him spotted, the best color for kois in my opinion as it makes them look like real koi ^^

Tsuneo came out of another one of those "nobody wants him" boards. I didn't realize it at the time, but he also came with his attached aged slorg, escargots. I didn't even notice the name of the slorg when I was customizing him, in fact, I didn't notice this little secret Tsuneo had until after I had him for a few months xD

I suppose it goes without saying that Tsuneo is the quite type, he stays up in his room in our tiny neohome most of the time, which is fine with all my other children, aka my pets, because he's a mutant, but I still love him lots =)

Acid has quite the history. He was created and named after a pet that was snatched from me during a pound lend, the original pet was named acidshower. I found acidshower in the pound painted Christmas, I fell in love with his white color, but then saw that kougras could be painted biscuit, and changed his color. Acidshower (the first) was now a biscuit kougra. After that I gave him a huggy petpet and waited for the pet to age for the avatar of course. That finished, I lent acidshower through the pound for free. However, after the fourth lend he was snatched, I neomailed the new owner and received no reply. So I created Acidshowers (nicknamed Acid) after him. Someone nice then gave me another biscuit pb and a new huggy, thus Acid was born. I recently checked up on my old acid, and he has since turned green (most likely because of an RE) and his owner has not been seen for 51 days =( This saddens me, I had hoped that he had been snatched up by someone nice. Oh well, I still have my Acid.

Ziggy is one of my precious yurbles, I adopted him from the pound on 9/9/09 during the Draik Day fiasco. Loads of painted pets had been pounded that day, I decided to take a look, and brought Ziggy home. During the holidays he likes to dress up in Christmas gear and imitate one of my favorite plushies. He is very kind, and he is the only one aside from me, who can calm Air when she is having one of her fits.

Lochhart is not named after the character in Harry Potter. His name is a combination of the word loch (Scottish) and hart, meaning deer. Even though he's obviously a llama xD

Lochhart was created simply because I love gnorbus, and he will change color depending on the season (mainly because I like Christmas gnorbus) So during the month of December I will paint him Christmas, and re-paint him cloud during the rest of the months, not too hard to understand huh?

Dertarian is the newest member to the family, and though he looks like he's performing, don't let him deceive you. He's really just trying to avoid being eaten by his petpet noil, who just happens to love biscuits. Oh, he goes on tours and is a very famous "noil tamer" because it actually looks like the noil is trying to eat him, which is the sad truth. That plushie noil has one huge appetite.

This is just filler talk because I like the little red bar continuing down the page, it's pretty ^^ I'll fill this in later with other random jabber as I come up with it. Maybe a small blog will be here, who knows?

My goodness! I sure do type a lot! I really wasn't expecting this to be so long, but I suppose I just have a lot to say, it's not like anyone is going to read this anyway. Maybe it comes from being an English major/author xD
