Background: When he was five, Ceslav was entered into foster care. Three months prior he was found wondering alone in the woods. When asked where his mother and father were, the young Ceslav responded with a single tear running down his plump cheek, "Gone." It seemed he was too tramatized to recall any specific events, so he was entered into foster care. For the last eleven years, Ceslav has had nine foster families, but no homes. Until now.
