But you didn't come here to hear all about me! Well, I do a very special job for Lizzie. I make sure that her adoption agency is kept running smoothly (She's a tad bit lazy, sometimes, but I'm not!) About the Agency
In association with The Neopian Orphanage, welcome to Rainbow Star Adoptions! I believe that every neopet deserves a loving home, and shouldn't be subjected to the pound, but some pets need a little help on their way. And that's where TNO come in. We adopt pets from the pound, and constantly improve them in the hope of helping them find their perfect home. This is my little corner of the Orphanage, with my gorgeous foster. :) As I have 19 permies, I only have one foster at any given time, so I'm not the biggest agency out there... There's many more agencies with many more UFA pets in my affies, though!

Agency Rules
1) Applications can be in any form, petpage or neomail (but if it will span lots of neomails, just shove it on a blank petpage ;)), but if you are making a petpage application, please add a disclaimer that I did not require you to do so. Before applying please let me know you will be applying by neomailing me on cheeky_sweetie, with the pet you are applying for's name as the subject. I will only respond to neomails sent to cheeky_sweetie.
2) In your application, please list all of your accounts somewhere, and tell me which my foster will be living on if you are chosen to adopt.
3) Any and all changes are fine, unless otherwise stated. I may even be able to help you with gender changes!
4) If, for whatever reason, you find yourself no longer able to look after my pet, please let me know, and I may be able to help you rehome hir.
5) Have fun applying!
Yep, that's really it! I will mostly be judging my decision on your accounts, not your application, so don't worry about having a pretty, wordy, or pretty wordy application!
