Hi guest! My name is celinaaqua, but I prefer to go by celina. As you can see, I am a beautiful Brown Uni. Not long ago I was a Maraquan Meerca, but I was unhappy being so, and so, finally, on the 21/2/09, Lizzie bought me a GUMP and a Christmas paintbrush. The next day, I decided to risk the lab, and this is what I look like now! I started life as a Blue Peophin, and for a long time was a Faerie Uni, but then Lizzie zapped me again, and I changed species. Then in March '08 I was zapped into a Maraquan Meerca, and told Lizzie I'd stay like that for a while- so Pengy had a chance at the ray. For the longest time, Lizzie zapped most of her other pets- but not me, and I felt forgotten, and hated staying a Meerca. And finally, Lizzie has granted my wish to be a Uni again. I'm not quite Faerie again, yet, but I'm happier as a Brown Uni than I ever was as a Maraquan Meerca!

Oh yes, I forgot, you didn't come here to hear all about me! Well, I do a very special job for Lizzie. I make sure that her adoption agency is kept running smoothly (She's a tad bit lazy, sometimes, but I'm not!) So, I host the agency on my page, where I can keep an eye on it. In association with The Neopian Orphanage, welcome to Rainbow Star Adoptions! I believe that every neopet deserves a loving home, and shouldn't be subjected to the pound, but some pets need a little help on their way. And that's where TNO come in. We adopt pets from the pound, and constantly improve them in the hope of helping them find their perfect home. This is my little corner of the Orphanage, with my gorgeous fosters :)

1) You must prove to me that you are a dedicated neopets user, be it through galleries or anything else
