About Chocolate Cauldrons

Chocolate Cauldrons is a literate, private, and traditional Harry Potter guild. We are built upon the traditions of the Hogwarts of our imaginations, and countless Harry Potter guilds that have been around in the Neopian community. However, though Chocolate Cauldrons seeps itself in the years-old traditions of Harry Potter guilds, it is not to say that we are staid and boring. Instead, we bring a fresh perspective to everything that Harry Potter stands for. Filled to the brim with activities that will surely please any Harry Potter fan, Chocolate Cauldrons seeks to make the guild very interactive. We embrace the familial feeling as we welcome new members to our tightly knit group.

The guild was envisioned far before it was created and countless hours of labor and dedication were put into the guild before thoughts of advertising for members even began. It started with Rachael creating an ad board in an attempt to find some owners for a guild that had been brewing in her mind. Soon, Annie stumbled upon it, and closely behind followed Sara. It was decided that this guild, unlike many that were thrown up on a whim and closed a month later, would last. Planning was the first thing discussed as theme, name, and literacy level were agreed upon. Then came the task of creating an abundance of activities that would please anyone, from the graphics maker, to the Neo Nut, to the HP Fanatic.

What lies before you is proof of what we hope you take from the guild. That we value quality over the quantity of members. We strive to bring you a close-knit, active community, with leaders that care more about the members than about how flashy the graphics are (while providing stunning layouts at the same time) or how many members the guild boasts. We hope you enjoy your stay at Chocolate Cauldrons, and we hope it is a sweet one.

Rules

Like every guild, Chocolate Cauldrons has it's own set of rules that all members need to abide by.

1. All posts must be fully literate. You will be able to view our complete literacy policy once you are accepted into the guild.

2. We strive to be a friendly and welcoming guild, so please refrain from being rude to members on the message boards. If you have a problem with someone, hash it out with them over neomail or talk to one of the council members. We will be glad to help you.

3. Please remain active in the guild, and post at least once or twice in the week. If you are going to be gone for an extended amount of time, please put it on the calendar so we know you aren't just neglecting us. We will be having monthly member sweeps.

4. Do not post more than three times in a row. It's unsightly and clogs up the boards. Someone will be on soon, we promise! Also, don't worry about apologizing for double posts. Someone will delete the extra.
