There is this lonely Green Kougra on Mystery Island, who has a little problem with his social skills. He oftenly confuses passers-by, as he is only able to speak in haikus.
Somewhere else on the same island, there is a Tiki Tack man trying to sell his goods - without success.
These two inhabitants of Mystery Island decided to help each other - the Haiku man would help the Tiki Tack man by writing advertisment slogans, in exchange for only 65% of the winnings the poor guy would make.
The new advertisement campaign is a great success, and the Haiku Keeper has a hard time keeping up with all the work, so...
Your job? Help him write a haiku.
Choose an item for sale in the Tiki Tack shop and write a haiku advertising it, like the one you can find here.
For those who weren't paying attention in poetry class, a haiku is a short verse which consists of three lines with 5 syllables in the first and third line, and 7 syllables in the second line. Here's an example:

The idea started out as an art content, but it soon developed into a monthly contest with a different theme every time.

can enter Brushlines between the 1st and the 20th
of the month.
Please enter Brushlines from your main account. This
is to prevent confusion as to who claims the creativity credit, as well
as preventing you to enter from multiple accounts.
One entry per person per month.
No ban. This means that, if you win the Brushlines challenge
this month, you can still participate next month.
Your entry has to be yours and yours only.
That includes challenge pooling (working together with more than one person
on an entry) and entry theft.
You are allowed to advertise your entry, but please do
not spam about it. Use a clever link in your neoHTML or put up a banner
- be creative, but don't break the rules trying to win the competition.
The Neopets rules, of course, also count on this petpage.
Entering the Brushlines challenge indicates you have read and agreed to
these rules.
You can vote for a Brushlines entry between the 21st
and the 30th of the month. Votes cast outside of this
week will not count.

With quick claws, sharp ears, and wide eyes they are near impossible to be seen unless they want you to see them. They showed up around central Neopia out of nowhere, but many sailor yarns from ships say they were stowaways, hoping onto ships that docked on the shores of Lutari Island to gather a few quick supplies. Despite so little being known about them, if befriended these little guys could help in some of your more mischievous endeavors around Neopia.

Of course you can! There will be a different type of challenge every month, so I'm sure you'll find a challenge that fits you! Even if your entry isn't the highest quality, please do send it in. What is important is that you enjoyed making it - and who knows people will like it anyway?
You can use one of the link back buttons various button sites have made for us. Feel free, however, to use whichever means you want. Use your own button, have a signature, link your entry,... Just remember not to break any Neopets rules while doing so!
