As you walk through a warm forest, something catches your eye. All along the worn path were many animals watching you for some odd reason. Ignoring them you keep walking along the trail, wondering if you'll be able to see any signs of the rare birds you are looking for.
After a while of not seeing any of the birds you came here to find, you come across a large meadow. In the center lay a large pool of water, and at it's edge stood a spotted mare. She lifted her head at your footsteps, her violet eyes twinkling. The uni smiled and trotted over to you, her thick legs moving gracefully over the ground.
Smiling she stated, "Hullo stranger!" she swished he tail happily. "I'm Broken Charm, but please, call me Charm."
Staring at her curiously you reply, "Um, hi. Why...Broken?"
The spotted mare eyed you suspiciously, wondering if she should open up so soon. Ignoring your question for a moment she asked, "What is your name?"
You were curious on why she didn't answer, but you responded anyways, "guest."
Charm smiled and nodded, still considering your question. "Well, if you really want to know about how I got my name..." she looked down at he hooves and took a deep breath. "Before I was even born I was cursed, to have my heart broken many times or something like that..." Charms voice trailed off as she looked up at the sky.
Oh."
Suddenly she looked back up at you and smiled. "But enough about that. Hey, while you are here would you like to know a bit about me?"
You simply smile on nod.

*Story*
The spotted mare sighed softly and looked up at the sky before replying, "Honestly not much exciting has ever happened to me. At least not compared to the rest of my siblings. But there are a few things that put my apart from them...
As I have already told you, I'm cursed. Some witch got mad at my mother or something so she cursed me before I was even born." *pouts* "Anyhows, I'm the only one in my family who has a spotted pelt for some reason."
Suddenly her face lit up slightly as she thought of other things that had happened to her. "Long ago I had a mate, his name was Jacory. We were so...different really. One day he just left, like he had twice before. But this time he didn't return. For months I was heart-broken because I thought he left me. Eventually I learned that it probably would have never worked out for the two of us. He likes blood and killing." *shudder* "Not to mention he tried to kill my best friend Dream.
But I have found someone else, another black stallion. His name's Erelos. At first we were just friends but when he disappeared for a while, it was then that we knew we loved each other. This time it felt real, unlike when I told Jacory I loved him to make him happy. We met in our herdlands, Shadowed Spirits." Charm frowned as another thought crossed her mind. "A lot of...'drama' goes on there. This one mare, although I don't remember her name, tried to kill me once. I attempted to save a friend of mine Rose, but she surrounded me in black fire and turned into a dragon and kept attacking me. It was scaring. Luckily I know teleportation so I was able to escape." ~_^ "Then I saved Rose yet again when the other mare was distracted. Eventually she left too, I have not seen her in a while..."
Charm paused, wondering if she had left anything out. "But yeah, that's pretty much it." She smiled slightly and turned, swishing her tail.

My heart is sold to only one stallion: Erelos. He has healed this broken heart of mine and showed me what true love really is. I know that he will always be by me, and won't hurt me like others before. *smile* I still remember the first day that I saw him; I had never seen one so handsome. He disappeared for a while, and that's when I realized just how much I truly loved him. He just got back and confessed that he loved me too. Honestly I still can't believe it... *stares up into the sky*

*shudder* Yup, I'm the youngest of 5 kids. Might as well tell you a bit about my crazy family. *smile*
This is my father, Raven Crusher. But everyone calls him Crush. Anyhow, he a pretty cool dad. He's a shire so he's like, really big. :p He's an Indian horse so he has a few markings that he got from the humans like the band around his leg, and the three feathers tied to his horn. He has this sort of presence, where he can make you do anything pretty much without even asking. Trust me, you do not want to get this stallion mad! But really he is a cuddly bear at heart. X3 Like the big ones that you love squeezing but end up breaking...
Mother... her name is Lola. She is a sweet and kind mare. But don't doubt her girly looks and bubbly personality; she is a master healer and knows a lot of magic. She was the one that taught me how to teleport and most of my healing abilities. Lola's an awesome mom even if she acts more like a teenager then someone really should for her age. o.O We are great friends, and she always knows what to do in any situation. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without her.
Mystic is the eldest of us. She is my half sister, for our fathers are the same but we have different mothers. I don't really blame her for not liking us too much for she is hurt that Crush could love another mare besides Myst's mom. *sigh* Honestly though she is a wise sweet mare, and the only one who even faintly resembles our parents. :) Whoever is her mate is a very lucky stallion, but I can't think of his name! *giggle* Oh well.
Sundancer is the second oldest out of all us. She's a fire mare, with an attitude to match. Simply, don't mess with her or you'll get you butt kicked, and hard. Although she hasn't been as mean since a stallion, I think his name was Chase..., somehow made his way into her heart, I don't believe her rude and rebellious attitude will never go away completely. She won't admit it but I know she loves us. Its just REALLY far down in her heart. But on occasions she lets it show. Currently she's pregnant, I can't believe I am going to be an aunt! *eye twitch* And of all my family to have a foal, its Sun. What is wrong with the world these days???
Icedancer is Sun's twin sister. I had almost forgotten about her for she had to be separated from Sundancer for a while because like me Sun is cursed. She had to leave when I was only a few days old, so I never really knew her until recently. But Ice is almost the opposite of her twin; she's sweet, lovable, and trusting. And yet she is pretty much the only one in our family who has not found love yet... :( I've never seen it but if you threaten her or someone she loves continuously, the mare can get pretty angry. Both Sun and Ice can burst into fire, and it is freakin scary when 20 foot ball of fire moves towards you!!! Luckily Ice has never gotten angry at me, she is too nice. =) But Sun on the other hand... never mind I won't go into the details.
Sage is the only boy in the family. I feel sorry for him honestly. He's ok though, although the two of us bicker a lot like most young siblings. We are getting better though even if he does consider me childish. -glares at Sage- But he can be pretty nice at times and is always there to listen to your problems. Poor guy had to listen to me pour my guts about Jacory. ^^; Sometimes we do actually agree though, like we both laughed when Sun told us she had a love, thinking she was kidding! But she wasn't so she got kind of mad... hehe woops. Oh well. Sages cool, and I know he likes me even if I do scare him. ^_______^ And I'm always there for him when something bad happens, like another girl breaks his heart. If anyone does again, I'll break their legs. Or I'll have Sun do it... But anyways he's gone through a lot. I'm amazed by his ability to heal from a broken heart. I only wish he didn't have to go through this. Sage is not only my brother, but recently he's become my best friend...

Dream, she is probably my only friend besides Erelos. I have met a few others, but they usually disappear before I can consider them friends. Anyhow she is a great mare, a friend I hold dear to my heart. Recently I, with the help of Erelos and Princess, rescued her from the rustlers who have been forcing her to become a broodmare. Poor gal. I still want to get to know her more, for it has been so long since we have talked.
Star, I only got to meet her for a little while, but I can tell she is a kind mare. She knows about my curse, and hopefully time won't repeat itself wit Erelos... But she has found a mate as well, and I'm so happy for her. I hope that we cross paths again some day. I know that she would be a great friend if given the chance...

As Charm finished talking, a small angelpuss bounded over to where you stood. Using its dark grey wings, the creature flew onto the mares back and stared curiously at you. It's coat was light and dark grey spotted, like Charm's. Icy blue eyes bore into you, as if she could look right through you. A glowing halo hovered above her head, somehow staying in place even when she moved around.
Charm smiled and motioned to her, "This is my angelpuss, Cicillie. She's a sweetheart! Odd how she looks a lot like me huh? Ain't she a cutie?" She giggled, ruffling her wings to shift Cicillie to a better spot on her back.
Turning back to you she continues, "She follows me everywhere my go. She's my little gardian angel." ^_^
