Welcome to the Inspire Webbie! Inspire is a Neo-Related/Themeless Private Guild made by Connor (cubscout30) on 10/11/12 and opened on 10/21/2012. The focus of Inspire is to have a place to chat, make new friends, and simply have fun! To find out more about Inspire check out the link to the side of this page! One of out main features include our member books, which is where you will collect awards, mystery capsules, gift boxes, and more. This is also where other members will come to get to know you better. So pretty much this page pretty much keeps track your guild life while in Inspire.

Rules

I know the one thing will all dread Rules, but to Inspire people we sure do need them! Below you will find the rules and then the consequences of breaking those rules.

1. No Drama and Be Mature. Don't act like a four year old does when someone takes a toy from them. Meaning no drama, and fighting with others.
2. Be Semi-Literate at all times. There is none of this "wat ^ dudes how r u!" We do allow the occasional BRB or TTYL as long as you don't do that to much!
3. Don't Spam. We do not allow anymore then 3 posts in a row!
4. Be Active. We require you to post atleast 1 every two weeks. We do member sweeps every month. If you will be going away make sure to tell Cubscout30.

Consequences

The rules are simple. So we better not have to use these on you.

1. Warning from Mod.
2. Warning from Council.
3. Suspension from Guild.
4. Deletion from Guild.
5. Blocked from Guild.

If you are deleted you CAN come back!

Ranks

We all know what Ranks are. As you go fourth in Inspire your ranks will be updated. Ranks are subject to change at any time.

1.Discourage - This is the Rank you start out as. Awe don't discourage people.

2.Urge - Congratulations! You are now starting to Inspire people. You have been in the guild for two weeks, and have posted 100 times.

3.Spark - Your becoming more and more inspirational as the days go by. You have posted 250 times, have been in the guild for a months, and have joined and contributed to a team!

4.Stimulate - You are now going around Inspiring everyone you meet. You have posted 500 messages, been in the guild for 3 months, recruited one person, and have made a book.

5. Inspirational - You have met many people in the guild and have inspired them to become the best they can be. You have posted 800 times, been in the guild for 6 months, been a team leader at least once, and you have recruited 3 people!
