Hi and welcome to my rules page. You are either here by accident or you want to adopt one of my fosters. That's good then! Because I'm sure they want you too. But there are a few things you should know before you adopt one if my lovelies.

First, you should know that I am in no way selling my pets. The only thing you will have to pay is the pound fee for adopting him/her.

Secondly, I cannot guarantee that you will get my pet. Once they are in the pound, they are totally up for grabs. However, I have made a successful transfer before and if we both cooperate there should be no problem.

Thirdly, I check up on my fosters from time to time. Also, do not abandon one of your pets to adopt mine. If I see this happening, I will instantly disqualify you, because that is wrong.
Now on to the rules. Don't be scared, they are quite simple and easy to follow.

Rules

1. When you decide you want to adopt one of my fosters, before you send me the app, send a neoamil to manny724 explaining you wish to adopt my pet. Put his/her name as the title of the neomail.If you send a neomail to any of my fostering accounts, I may get back to you, but it's not likely.

2. I accept both neomail and petpage apps. I prefer simple petpages, but it's not a necessity. If you are sending a neomail app, please tell me in advance because there is no way you can fit an entire app into one neomail, and I will be confused if I see a bunch of neomails from you. Also, creativity is great! However, HTML isn't everything to me. I prefer good content, but do whatever you think is necessary.

4. My fosters have names and genders. I would like you to remember them if possible. I don't mind if you give them nicknames. I like nicknames.

5. The account you want to adopt my pet on must be older than four months. TNT's rule. Sorry.

6.If my pet has a petpet and you do not want it to come with the pet, that is fine. I do not mind, I don't really care.

7.Please no chatspeak. I only speak two languages, English and Spanish. Plus it's easier for me to understand if you write in proper English.

8.Be friendly. I am very understanding of the application process, as i have gone through it before myself. It can be stressful, but be nice to me at least. Don't be afraid to ask me anything. I won't bite you. Girl Scout Honor. 9.Artwork is not necessary, but it is nice. Poems and stories and stuff like that will set you ahead of the competition.

HAVE FUN! Having fun with the application process will make it easier for both of us.
