So if you are interested in having yourself linked on my petpage there are a few things I ask for:
Please only submit petpages that go with this petpage (general help, links, and guides) things that I (or other people) cannot really use. If you have a neopets related petpage like a comic I am sure we can work something out. =)
I ask that ALL of the banners that are submitted to be 31 x 88 pixels (31 pixels in length and 88 pixels in width) If it is "slightly" larger I will make it 31 x 88 pixels myself as long as it is still readable.
In rare occasions where your petpage is popular or it might be part of a new plot, I will temporarily make a 31 x 88 banner for you and still put you on this petpage.
