Look at the island; 49/50 I REALLY like your buttons, your button borders are creative, and so are their names! I've definitely seen improvement in the making of your buttons, since Buttons Biscotti and the beginning of The Florist. (that's a plus!) I like how you organize your button bases, in different series, very neat. Your limited editions--what can I say? It's a great idea! And I sure hope, just like you do, that nobody steals it. One of the things I noticed is that the header words "Haengbok-graphics site; layouts, banners, icons, pixels, etc" the colors are nice, but the fact that the tones are so close together makes it a bit hard to read. Or is it because they overlap too much? The hover effect on that text box is really cool! Also, the header neopets link is showing (well, half of it is showing) so if you know how to get rid of that, that would work nicely. Unfortunately, I still don't know how so I can't provide a code. Look at the island; 52/50 First, before I go too much into content, the sidebar links are a bit confusing in the order they are placed. The petpage layout is very neat, and I like how you made that icon, the color on it is just nice with the picture. I also think your pixels are pretty spiffy, keep making more of those! OR, if you prefer keeping them on there, have a nice and neat text area underneath for storage (with their username above).

One thing, instead of having a huge button as credit, why not a text link, or a very small text button, one that "blends" into the background? First Exploration; 14/20 It's a pretty neat layout, but there are a few issues. What I am now going to say is going to help with the flow of your site. First of all, wall of shame and credit should be at the very bottom of the page. Also, back up links. Keep those right above your wos and credit, but remove your sister site icon requests, name banners, and affie request forms from the middle section. Those aren't needed, since you have them already on your site. Move those forms from the right sidebar to your middle column in the section "name banners". Your link back can be moved to the right column above Affies. You can also put your "waiting for review on" over to your right column, and change that title to "pending" or "pending reviews". Pickups and icons should be moved to the center column, undername banners" and icons should be above pickups.

Now, looking at your grading rubric. I just don't know if the first impression should be the most points, because somebody could have no layout whatsoever and still provide information that is beneficial. Maybe it should have second most points under Content, because first impressions aren't always right, remember: never judge a book from its cover! Your reviews are very indepth, and I do believe that they will help a lot of people! One small thing is that the people waiting to be reviewed probably shouldn't have a box at the top of your "reviewed" section. Look at the island; 63/70 Rules, self explanatory and straight out there. Your updates are up-to-date, and you explained the gap because of a vacation. Good dedication! Your reviews are thorough, especially the guild reviews, and they are pretty detailed. Nothing wrong there, but let the boxes out a bit. They are pretty thin, and it makes it hard to read. You have them at 100px for height, how about make it 150px? Also, since the small review boxes have borders, it gets distracting when the outer box has a dashed border too. Take away the border, you'll see there will be less clutter. Also, with your awards, it sort of stretches out the page the way you lay them out. How about creating a table, with the images on top and codes directly below the images? (a 3x2 table) That will make it much easier. Now for the sidebar. Since your affies are in a box, wouldn't it make sense to put your listers in a box also? Also, you could extend your credits box so that all of them are visible, it wouldn't hurt to do that.

First Exploration; 20/20 When I opened up Comet, I saw a very neat layout with a nice header image, the page wasn't extraordinarily long either, and the site was branched into three different petpages, which made navigation easy.

Look at the island; 75/70 On the first page, the userlookup and petpage were very well made, and neat. The two buttons were also very unique. As I looked at the rules and disclaimers, they were clearly stated, and in a professional manner, I might add. ;) The archives were organized very neatly, and the hover ability to look at more information was very well done and did provide good detail about a certain item. The request form was very straightforward. I liked how you had a "build your own" section, which adds more traffic flow, if your customs are closed, and you had lots of information of how to edit the layout. Your mini tutorials were so detailed, I am very impressed.

Flowers; 9/10 I have seen no spelling errors at all, and the only thing that might be changed is the "back home" link on your navigation, perhaps it should take us back to your main page rather than neopets home page?

First Exploration; 19/20 I see a very plain layout, but its not plain in a bad way, it has a sort of style to it. The banner is pretty unique, and matches the name of the site!

Look at the island; 65/70 You have a nice amount of listies, organized in a nice fashion. I suggest you contact some more sites, of various categories to expand your directory. I noticed that you had awards, credits, affies, and reviews at the top of your page. This isn't the best place for them to be, as the confuse or distract the reader. The best place for you to put them is at the bottom, with credits being at the very bottom, so readers can look through the directory before viewing links out.

Flowers; 10/10 No spelling mistakes, but your text areas aren't ideal because they stick out a bunch. This doesn't have to be changed, but here's the code if you would like one.

Look at the island; 70/70 What I see is a graphics and layouts site with a variation of items. Some of the icons are unique, and the layouts are pretty spiffy. The layouts are pretty creative, and its cool how you make customs for people. I love how you have many types of graphics, and all of them are original! I really don't know what to say...your site is awesome!

Flowers; 10/10 I see no spelling or grammar mistakes. Your layout is neat, other than the viewing "not-so-issue", your site is on the top of the castle! Good going!

First Exploration; 18/20 I noticed a lot of red, but I mean, what can you expect from "burning"? Hehe. The three columned look is okay, but I wish that somehow the navigation box could be combined right above or below your updates. It just combines the look better. But then again, there is too much stuff in that column already! I suggest you put your "About Me" in the main section, probably at the top or bottom of your page, and your rules should definitely be in the main section near the top. Also, the styles of blinkies should be placed in the main section too. And now it seems the main section is too long, so how about scroll boxes for each individual section of blinkie?

Look at the island; 66/70 Your blinkies are very nice and colorful, and you've gotten a bunch of custom requests. The one thing I noticed is that some of them are a bit pixelly. I don't know what software to make them, but if you use paint, the .png file is best, and if you use photoshop, then gif is great for animation. But mostly, I see great blinkies ready for use! One other issue is the header 2 which doesn't fit your div box. Easy fix that I thought I'd mention.

Flowers; 9/10 I don't see any spelling errors! Just be sure to capitalize your words, and fix up the link borders around buttons! Just add "border=0" right after the image URL, but put a space in between the two!

First Exploration; 18/20 I normally use Firefox, so when I saw your site I was stunned by how bad it looked. But then I saw the "Best viewed in Internet Explorer" sign, and I switched over, and the layout was much better. Good call. When I first saw it on IE, I noticed it was very gray. The sparks of pink and blue were nice, but I feel for a button request site, it should be a bit more colorful. Also, the top div box is larger than the others, because the div the Best Viewed button is in is larger than the main div. Fix that. Also, since you have many updates, you might want to put those in a scroll box to save space.

Look at the island; 65/70 You have many button styles available, with a range of text animation. You also have a few premade button bases. As I look through your past buttons, I can definitely see improvement in various areas of your buttons, and I noticed a wide range of button styles. I also like your idea for the contest, maybe you should advertise it a bit to get people to do it. It seems a clutter to have those "name's button"s laying around, just add them as they come. All your affies seem to be in line, and I noticed that in the credits I see that you credited The Goodie Box for two bases you used, but unfortunately that is considered stealing, quote directly from her site: "You are not permitted to use any of my border options on your site; regardless of whether you give me credit or not!" I suggest you take away those borders immediately, why not create some of your own?

Flowers; 9/10 Not many mistakes, but you put "advertize" its spelled "advertise". Also, under your waiting list, if you want to display the guests name, put # VISITOR with no space in between. Your layout is pretty neat, and its a premade but I'm not going to take off points because I have some work to do myself!

First Exploration; 10/20 I see dark black major confusion. I see big black boxes all over, and when I scroll down, I see a whole row of blinking images in two overly large scroll boxes that don't need to even be scrolled. The credits are right below the "information", after that you have affiliates, and then right below that you have referrals, awards, and then icons? The order doesn't make sense. On the other side of the page there is html help, it seems like you are trying to run two separate pages on one petpage. I suggest you break it up, move the html help to another page and still have the same name of Glow in the Dark Layouts.

Look at the island; 65/70 The icons are unique, I've never seen them before! Despite the fact I have to scroll what it seems a million miles, it was worth it because of the variety of images. Just like the icons, I see a variety of backgrounds, mostly good quality, but a few are pixely, and the first one is blurry. You also put two of the same background on there. The lookups are pretty neat, but this time I only see celebrities and patterns, and I don't see any neo related layouts. But the bottom half of your last layout image is cut off, and I can't see the code.

Flowers; 8/10 There weren't many spelling errors, but I did once find two mistakes in one sentence. :-/ Also, be sure to capitalize the first word in your sentence, it makes all the difference. Your link back buttons were o.k. but you should take away the link borders, and definitely save the buttons at a higher quality. You should also make an 88 x 31 button for others to link back to you easier, because that's the standard.
