READ THIS!! You know that Ploosh put two layers of wings, right? Well, she forgot to make the first layer(the one on top)the same color as my stripes, and she's too lazy to fix it. So if you don't mind, just remember that. Thanks. D:

Aaaand, if the ref pic is not enough...
Eye color: indigo
Fur color: sort of a turquoise color
Mane/tail: cyan + a darker shade of cyan streaks twisting around them
Horn: Gold
Necklace: It is shaped like a teardrop, and supplies her with power over water.
Special markings: She has sort of blueish-lavender-ish stripes, one on either side of her face (see ref pic), around her collarbone with a circle in the middle(above her chest), and around her knees. (she also has a purple-ish blue-ish top layer of wings, as said above)
