Hey, it's Claire here! Welcome to my page, where you'll find the best of the best. Everybody below has won the Claire Overton Award, because their sites are just so awesome! :] If you want to nominate someone for the Award, read my simple rules first, and then simply tell me! Well, thanks for coming, and I'm sure your sites, guilds, shops, lookups, etc will look amazing!

Rules and Nominating Someone
Nominations are open.
  1. At first, I will look at and reply to all messages. Any hate mails, and I will tell you to phark off, and get a life. Though if this site gets popular (which I hope it will =D) I may not have enough time to reply. But I doubt that, because I love receiving mail. :]
  2. No nominating yourself! That's self obsessed, and narcissism, one of my pet peeves.
  3. Give me the frickin' URL to the site on your message! I'm not going to go looking all over neopets and who knows where else if you won't tell me where it is. 
  4. Please use this format to nominate someone:

  5. Give credit to everyone here! They're the best of the best, get over your self absorbed attitude, and flaunt their credited work proudly.
  6. Be nice to me! If there's an award you think should be here, or a link isn't working, tell me over neomail kindly, and I'll get right on it! :] Don't annoy my winners unless it's a problem with their site.  Than feel free to neomail and annoy them. XD

Best Music Award
Actually, the song you are listening to came off this site. (High School Never Ends, by Bowling for Soup) I'm proud to announce the Claire Overton Award for best music is awarded to... Jessie's Music! Yay! This was no contest, because all her codes work, and she has EVERYTHING! (except a Rolling Stones song. :P) So when you're looking for music, go to her!

Best Graphics Award
I absolutely love what the winner of this award puts out. And over 1100 icons and graphics to boot! Phew! I could spend all day checking this stuff out. Now without further ado, the best place for graphics is... Stephen's Graphics! Here's a quick sample of his work (Aren't they awesome?):

Best Ultimate Webbie Resource Award
This guy has tried his hand at everything, it's so cool, that I can't being to doubt his qualifications for this award. The Best Ultimate Webbie Resource Award (phew, that's a mouthful!) goes to Lemonburst Graphics! The graphic above comes from his site. I have a sneaking suspicion that he has already won the Best Graphics Award. Oh well, he would deserve both if that's true! And it is true! Congratz, Stephen, on winning two Claire Overton Awards!
