CAST

	Carly has recently returned to the HC after a long absence, and is still having a certain amount of culture shock. She is always nervous about getting things wrong, and grateful to anyone willing to show her the ropes.
	Jade is an older Neopian both in chronological and account age. She has a warm and kind attitude and is always loving towards younger users. In the Realworld, she has a secure job as an interior designer.
	Erin has taken it upon herself to keep the HC a peaceful place free from spammers, scammers and all other forms of evil. If she gets a rule-breaker or two in her sights, she isn't likely to wait for an explanation before attacking them fiercely and/or dragging them in front of TNT.
	Cody is a chilled-out Neopian halfway through his degree in computing. He is absolutely unrufflable and sticks around the HC mainly because it amuses him. He is fairly intelligent and enjoys solving problems.
