Quests
Doing quests are a way to earn avatars and rewards. Be careful though, not all of the quests are worth doing.
The only way you can answer the Brain Tree's quest is to do two of the Esophagor's quests. This is the only way to answer the Brain Tree's question. It's okay if you don't finish though.
