1. As stated in Issue #342 of the NeoTimes (see the last paragraph) "extreme" applications can no longer be required. I encourage interested applicants to use the simple questionnaire I have created below and neomail me it to me. It'll help make sure you tell me all I need to know to make my decision. Of coruse, if you want I can't stop you from making a petpage applications, just know it is not required.
2. The account you are adopting the pet on must be at least four months old. This is a Neopets rule, not my own.
3. the pet can go onto your main or side account. It makes no difference as long as that account does not have four pets already on it.
4. If at any time, you think you will use the pet to trade up for a better Neopet then don't apply. I do not agree with pet trading and I won't have my fosters used as currency. Sorry!
5. You do not have to be a member of any specific guild to adopt the pet. However, don't try to adopt the pet simply to put it back into your own adoption guild.
6. I do have the ability to change the pet's gender. If you would like it changed, please note that when applying. Also, some fosters have "zapped" petpets. If you would like to keep the petpet, please indicate that as well.
7. If you choose to adopt the pet through the pound rather than direct transfer, then you must understand that I have no way to guarantee that you will get the pet. Once in the pound, any user has the chance to adopt the pet.
