![]() My account | Customise | Games | Explore | News | Pet Central | NeoBoards | Shops Welcome to Asiase's Adoption AgencySo, you've come here because you fancy a new pet? Good. Because hopefully, in time, this will be the place to find one. In simple terms, AAA is here to help you find a new pet you wish to adopt or trade. Read the rules below before you set your heart on a new pet. Rules1. Do not beg for the pet you want. 2. Do not get aggressive if you do not get the pet you want. 3. Follow the rules that are set for certain pets. If a petpage application is required, then don't send a neomail application. You will be given another chance, but your neomail application will be ignored. 4. The pets under the 'Owned by Others', are, indeed, owned by others. Unless it says so, I have nothing to do with the process. So don't neomail me about further information; I won't know any more details than you. 5. For petpage applications, state a disclaimer saying that you volunteered to do the application. Neither of us wants to get iced. 6. If you've already adopted/traded the pet you wanted from AAA, you can't apply for another pet. 7. For Neomail applications, state the name of the pet you want in the title, and please how many pages your application will be. This will stop my inbox getting full. 8. For petpage applications, send me a neomail with the name of the pet you want somewhere in the message, and the link to your application 9. Some pets have deadlines. Some don't. Some may start with none, but then have one once the first application is received. I'd reccommend checking every so often, or dropping me or the pet's owner a neomail to ask them. 10. Just for fairness for other applicants, please only apply for one pet at time. If one of the two pets is still UFA a while after you enquired about him/her, I'll neomail you to see if your still interested. 11. It's really up to you how you'd like to adopt the pet, whether it is via Transferring or me abandoning the pet and you picking him/her up from the adoption centre. HOWEVER if this is your chosen methods and things don't go to plan, Don't blame me.
The applicationSo, you've chosen a pet you want, but what do you put in your application? Well, it varies on you. But here's a few tips for both neomail and petpage applications.
Neomail applicationsThese are generally shorter than petpages and as a general rule, but that doesn't mean they're any less important. Here's some general hints on what to do and what not to do: If your application is more than 4 neomails, then I'd suggest putting it on a petpage or your lookup, even if the pet you want doesn't require a petpage application. It just means my inbox doesn't fill up quickly.
The basic things to involve are:
Petpage applicationsThese are for longer applications, or ones where you want to show off an example of your roleplaying or art skills. It means you can say more without taking up a load of space. The same information as in neomail application is required, but it's generally assumed if you're doing a petpage application, you're going to say more stuff. You do not need HTML skills. Pre-mades are not required, but it does make it handy if you can make your text bold italic or underlined, so I can see how your application is split into sections.
