How to get the Goodies out of the Bag
Once you've collected all the Goody Bags, go to your Inventory, scroll down till you get to the goody bags, and click on one of them. Once the pop up has loaded, pick a pet that deserves to play with the Goody Bag, and let him/her play with it. The page will refresh, and voila, you have the goodies from the goodybag ;D!
How to get the Sidebar
The Halloween Sidebar will be available to every Neopian on Halloween (NST). If you would like to keep the Halloween Sidebar as one of your own, then you will need to refresh the page between 11:59pm and 12:00pa NST. Make sure you stay up/wake up so that you can! Don't forget that it's not your time zone it depends on, but the Neopian one.

A trick that Aashni uses is always clicking on "Roll Dice" when the seconds hand is on an odd time (1, 3, 5, 7, 9...) This seems to always work for me, and I always win! Try it, and if it doesn't work, then tell me!
