1. You can only enter one site per month.
2. You must have an 88 by 31 pixel link back button.
3. No bribing! Just put one of my link back buttons on your site and/or userlookup to show people you have a button up here.
4. You must own a site to enter the SOTM but you dont have to own one to vote!
5. If you enter you are definitely allowed to vote.
6. If you use side accounts to vote for your own site, you will be disqualified.
