She being the Lady Amana had answered my summons quickly. Surprising for a land dweller and unexpected but I was told to expect the unexpected with this Lady and never under estimate her power. I decided to study her as she was very, not like other two legs. Let me explain and I think you will see my puzzlement.
She was like no other...;bold italic underline link Ok let us state that her features thou ethereal were not weak and held a power of there own. She had the Fey stamp on her but I do not think she was of full blood.
She was tall for a land dweller, taller than those of the fair folk I had been in contact with. He hair was a rich vibrant Lavender with streaks of softly spin Silver. It was intricately braided into a War Knot that was ancient in design. The War Harness she wore was not of the colour that women of her rank chose to wear. It was a soft Dove Grey which molded into her body. What further peaked my interest was that if you moved your eyes a certain way or she moved slowly you would almost say that she had disappeared. Cunning choice of Harness wouldn't you agree. I was curious to see that maractite was her choice for the trimmings and rings.
. As advised by my King she wore her trademark long twin blades on her back. Only one of her stature could carry them with such graceful menace. At her hip a Trae a nurth Blade which sent shivers down my Spine. I had never wanted to ever see one of these blades again and was shocked to see the Lady carrying one.
Long Battle Boots covered her to her knees, these were black. A real contrast to her Dove Grey Harness. Again maractite was her choice of trimmings which glinted amongst the metal. Twin dagger Hilts poked above her left boot and above that on her thigh was a blaster.
Under her Battle Harness she wore a light Lavender Jump suit. It look comfortable and up to the job it was designed for.
A formidable friend, alley or enemy so you can see my confusion. She dressed as if for War but she spoke words of Peace, Justice and freedom.
I would hope she would be an Ally for my people as I would see doom for us if we betrayed her. She was an enigma this Lady. A puzzle that would not be unraveled easily.
She bore my silent assessment with easy grace. I could see a gentle smile starting to form. She was very comfortable in her skin and nature. I wish I could say the same for the two that graced her side. Two implacable companions that were ready to defend her at all cost. He slim hand rested on the largest Kougra I had ever see or of my people for that matter. Shadows rippled and danced in her fur. Hard, sculptured muscles attested to Nekotora's Battle readiness. I could see why Battle Sagas were written about this one. I thought that they were myth but here was the living proof that they did not exaggerate her prowess. Alert watchful eyes accessed me back, this was not the one to be concerned about.
On Lady Amana's right side was a huge hulking Darigan Wocky. It made me almost want to weep in disappear to look in its implacable eyes. Battle Armour glinted in the sun, this had evidence of hard and dangerous past battles. Fangs of the purist white glinted with saliva stood out agains his shaggy blood red coat. Tension ebbed and flowed along his massive muscles. Tensed ready to protect his Lady if need be, to his death if required.
I again chanced a glance in his eyes and was dragged deep with in. I could see redemption, pulling back this shocked me to the very depths of my core. How could he know. How could he give me Redemption for something he should not know
