Welcome to Addicted Neopians Anonymous or A.N.A as we like to call it! We've been around since April of 2006. You must be browsing to learn more about our guild. We like to pride ourselves as being more than just a guild, we are a place for friends to gather, chat, laugh, and just have fun! Our goal is to help you enjoy your Neopets experience without the hassles of noobs and scammers that run rapid throughout Neopia!
Remember, we don't stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing!

The aim here at A.N.A is to play the game like adults, with adults!
We value your opinions. So let us know what you think or any ideas you may have!

So simply, kick up your feet, provided you have something to put them on and you are not too close to a wall. (A.N.A is not responsible for any possible wall damage that might have occurred.) Grab something to drink and join us in the fun!

Please neomail phatboofscsu or baby2000amber for an invite. Once you receive your invite, you'll be able to view everything the guild has to offer. If you've decided to join us will need to click on JOIN located on the guild options sidebar. Clicking the invite link will not automatically make you a member.

Guild Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older. Exceptions can be made on a case to case basis.

Accounts over 10 months old will be allowed in the guild. If your account is too young, neomail us and check back in a few months.

Only main accounts will be allowed in the guild.

Guild Rules

A.N.A is a fun place to be! Anyone found breaking the rules will be warned via neomail once; after this, membership will be revoked. We want to keep our guild safe for everyone.

1. Seeing as ANA does not have contests and give out prizes (as according to TNT's rules) please do not mention these on our guild boards or while recruiting. Please only use refer to our events and gifts. Any posts on the guild boards will be deleted immediately and all involved will be warned.

2. No chatspeak.

3. Do not post any non Neo-related links. Sunnyneo/TDN/Jellyneo are considered neo-related and are fine. Off site links = deletion from guild and possibility of being iced from TNT.

4.This is an 18+ guild so no one under 18 may join.

5. Posting is a must for our guild. Members must post once every two weeks. A letter will be sent out to remind you to come back to the guild after this time period. After a month of not posting, you will be deleted from the guild. For any reason you need to be gone for more than a month, neomail Bethany or Amber to let them know.

6. ONLY members with 1000 or more posts may host events.

7.Begging members for np, items, donations to anything will mean automatic revocation of membership. No questions asked.

We MUST enforce our rules to protect all of our members. You will get one warning, any further offenses will get you deleted and blocked from the guild. Please let us know if you have any questions about the rules.

This is the initial rank every new member starts off as! Since you have become physiologically or psychologically dependent on the addictive substance called NEOPETS we consider everyone Addicted when first joining. After 200 posts, we figure you are Devoted enough to move up in the neopets addiction world!

Devoted
Now that you have given up and have concentrated on a reckless pursuit in our Guild your are now considered Devoted, and We are devoted to you too :) After 500 posts, We assume that your a Fanatic in our Guild *frightened look*

I think you know who you are! You were affected by our guilds excessive enthusiasm and you certainly now have tons yourself, especially anyone with 500 or more posts is readily to back up there guild with extreme and uncritical enthusiasm. After 1000 posts you move up and you better be Hooked by then :D

WE know you stay up late excessively posting and have a compulsive concern about whats going on in the guild because frankly anyone with 2000 posts or more has to be obsessed. We must be influencing a powerful force within your computer that is NEOPETS. and We LOVE you too.

TNT Has clearly stated, in an editorial none the less, the neopets was for adults first. So all those little buggers that give us a hard time can now be direct here, to this quote. The editorial read as follows:

I hear so many different stories as to why Neopets was created, and people use these to justify ageism - which is just wrong in my opinion. Some say it's made for college students only, some say for adults, some say for little children. My question is originally, WHY was Neopets created? (My own opinion is that Neopets is for all ages). ~spekje1390
Originally, the site was designed for bored college students. Obviously, however, the site has broadened quite a bit since then, and there are people of all ages who play Neopets. If you are a young player, don't be surprised to hear that many successful players are adults, parents, and even grandparents! There is such a wide variety of things to do, it's quite understandable that people of all ages find aspects of Neopets fun, relaxing, or just a great way to kill time while at home or the office! ;D
