I like to spend my spare time in human form. Yeah, I get weird looks from the fishermen on the deck. My clothing probably isn't fit for the time, you know? But anyway, I hang around on the beach on free days. There's no way I would go further inland. (My spell might wear out by then.)
As a human, I've made some human friends along the way, doncha know? Ha! I bet you don't believe me, but it's true! And I have some furry four-leggers on my good side, too. There are always the same few land friends around on the beach, who I've come to bond with...
And I love to travel! I guess you can call it a hobby. I've been to the frozen Southern Oceans, the deep seas under Faerieland, and all around. Then on my rendezvous with salt waters, I collect various shells and accessories that come off of other living sea creatures.
Of course, I can't go too far South. It's an unknown territory thus far, and even I can't make it there. (I can't survive!) The temperatures are sub-zero. But believe me, there are still many lifeforms us Neopians don't know about.

Hm? You say you don't know about the Tideborn? To explain quickly, they are a deep sea species that have lived peacefully under the shadow of Faerieland for thousands of years. You know that the Neopians have discovered Maraqua a decade ago, and that city has flourished since then!
But what the Neopians don't know: the Tideborn. Hm, word will surely spread about them! Connecting the Tideborn to living Neopia is one of my jobs, as I told you before... *laughs*
Tideborn appearance: General body is similar to that of humans, but the flesh and organs have adapted to suit deep sea life; Skin is greyed blue to green to purple and all colors in between; gills on both sides of the neck; webbed skin connecting their arms to their bodies
Society: a single highly developed city called Raging Tide, where there are plazas, small shops; Raging Tide is also the residence of King Vanguard, ruler of the Tideborn; they are civilized, and advanced in the ways of spells and fighting; many small towns and villages are scattered surrounding the city; various flocks of sea monsters (powerful or weak) are attempting to break through the Tideborn's civilization
