September 30, 2009: I've got an official link back button, so affie requests are open. *wink wink* I just fixed a few bugs in the layout too. I've got my first style up with one color, so more will be coming eventually. I think I'm gonna stick with non-neo-related layouts for now, just because.

September 26, 2009: Bubbles & Balloons is officially open! There isn't really much content yet, but I'm working on it. The layout took awhile to code, since I was trying to make everything perfect!

RULES

1. Do not remove the credit! I promise it will be small and not bothersome, but if I see any of my lookups being used with no link back to me there will be consequences. =P

2. You're allowed to change the coding as much as you want, but leave a little note like "coding help by belle_flamme" or something.

3. If you see somebody breaking any of the rules above, send me a Neomail please.

4. At the moment I'm not taking requests since I hardly have enough time to keep this running. That may change in the future, but don't expect it.
