Hey, everyone! I'm gold_dragon_101213, but you can refer to me as GR or--occasionally--Blackheart. (He is my obssession, as well as the movie Ghost Rider and Wes Bentley, who acts as Blackheart.)
Anyway, this page is a petpage service, where I can make you a petpage for your role-play wolf, cat, or any other animal that you use. Examples of my work are:
Your petpage will be similar to the ones above, as I have yet to master making another layout. ^^
Read Me
Here are the all important rules. Please read.
- No Stealing!
- Do not remove the credit in the layout. If you alter any coding whatsoever, you cannot claim it as yours!
- Follow all the requirements unless you want a yucky, wacky, messed up petpage!
- Please, follow the rules. I cannot stress that enough!
The requirements are very necessary, and they shall be introduced next. If you have any problems, comments, or concerns, please Neomail me. Unfortunately, I may not be able to reply because of the firewall. If you fill out the requirements correctly, I will be able to contact you. Thank you.
Requirements
Alright, so now you've read the rules and you want to apply for a petpage for your role-playing character. Haha! Don't think you can just send me a neomail saying you want me to make a petpage without filling out this form and following the requirements! *stares* Anyway, the requirements are below.
- You must provide a background picture/reference picture for the petpage.
- You must fill out the form you had to use to create your character. If you did not fill out a form, there are different types of forms in the next section for you to fill out.
- You must give me a detailed description of the character's past.
- You must tell me where you want the introduction to be for your character.
- It is necessary to tell me if you want me to put the character's past in the STORY section or in the MY PAST section. The STORY section is basically--maybe--a short, summed-up version of the MY PAST. (This is all subject to your decision.)
- Though the form I need you to fill out is below this list, I need to make sure that you include the character's likes and dislikes!
You got that? I'm just making sure! So, now you have to fill out the Requirement form below.

- Coloring: (Is there any specific color you want the bars, scrollbars, and/or background?)
- Writing: (I usually write everything based on the information you provide. If you want to write it all yourself--and you already have typed it--please send it to me so I can put it on the petpage instead of my own writing.)
Character Forms
Ok, so now you have filled out the requirement form (correct?) and are getting ready to send it to me. But, wait! You still have more! According to the requirements, you have to also send me the form you used to create your character. If you did not use a form, I have provided a form(s) for you...
- Character's Name: (You can also provide a nickname with the character's full name.)
- Specie: (Basically, what type of animal/creature is it? Wolf, cat, dog, fox, etc.?)
- Gender:
- Age: (Not necessary, but some people like to have their character's age up on their petpage.)
- Specific Marking(s): (Are there any markings on the character that are unique, or need to be mentioned?)
- Skin/Pelt/Fur Color:
- Eye Color:
- Mate:
- Baby(ies):
- Background: (Did it grow up in a rough society, a calm society, alone? Did s/he have demon parents or something?)
- History:
- Other Notes:
If there is anything you want to add, please do so. It will help me all the better, and--when your petpage is done--it will help everyone who reads it learn about your character better.
What's Included?
So, your probably saying, "Ok, what do I get?" Here's what your going to get:
- A detailed petpage with information on your character.
- A custom adoptable of your character--(if possible.)
