This is Mike. I met him while I was teaching at the high school for gifted children. ((Guild on stonewall01's account)) He is very different, but nice. He can turn human, uni, and dragon! This is only his uni form though ((also until Stonewall01 can get a more detailed pic of him)) I sometimes get the feeling that he likes me more than friends, and same with me to him....Mike My Story

You are taking nice stroll through the woods when you come upon a garden. You stop for a moment, wondering if you should go forth. You diced to go and explore this garden, filled with the most strange, yet beautiful flowers. There are flowers you recognize though, roses, sunflowers, blue bells...."Excuse me, who are you?" A kind voice breaks your thoughts. You wheel around to see what looks to be a beautiful white horse with tan markings, wings, and a horn! You rub your eyes just to make sure, yep, there is an island uni standing right in front of you.

Who are you?" You asked astonished that a real island uni is on planet Earth.

Who am I? I am Teegraa, and this is my garden, who are you?" She asks coming closer.

I am guest." That is all you can say as she comes over. Her green mane and tail hold the most beautiful blue flowers you have ever seen, and the white of her coat is so clean and soft looking.

She walks past you to her little home, hidden by trees and bushes. You follow her in, seeing as she acted like she didn't mind. "If I may ask, Teegraa, how did you get here? I mean. island unis only live in Neopia...not Earth." You question as you look around her home. It is a hut filled with books and potions and many objects, many looking like they came from Neopia.

She motioned for you to sit on a chair with the feathery hands at the ends of her wings. They look just like human hands, only white and with small, soft feathers covering them. "I was born in Neopia on Mystery Island as a wild uni in a herd consisting of descendents of unis that had been released from their owners long before I was born. Unis were not native to the island, so when outsiders came to the island, they brought uni so they would build homes and such things." She started.

Our herd was just an average herd, some looked like me, white coat with a green and mane and tail. Others were shades of browns, blues and reds. My father, the stallion and guardian of our herd, always kicked my brothers out of the herd when they were of age. One year though, he didn't get the chance to do that. Strange pets that came from the mainland came to the island and sat on the backs of other unis and caught my father and brothers. They took them away to the mainland. I heard later that it was for a war in a place called Meridell." She shrugged at the last part. "After they were taken away, we females were in danger. We didn't have a stallion to protect us from the kougra who hunted us, and soon famine started to spread through our herd. It was really bad. I remember when I was still young, that sometimes, when we would be flying above the treetops to a clear spot of grass, that some unis would fall through the trees. They were so sick that they wouldn't fly. We never heard from those unis again."

My mother was one of the last to grow sick. Our herd, which had once been 20 in total, was now down to 5, including me. The other 3 mares were sick, but they were so close to death and my mother wasn't. With the last bit of my mother's energy, she pushed me along and away from everyone and everything I knew. She finally stopped pushing me once we reached a hut. She let out a painful nicker and a scary-looking kyrii came out.

My mother then suddenly spoke in a strange language and the kyrii nodded and came towards me slowly as my mother pushed me closer to him. He looked scary, but he seemed nice. He let me sniff his hand and I let a squeal-snort out. He smiled a laugh them led me into his hut, tempting me with fresh food. He left me in there and went back out to my mother. When he came back in, he spoke in that weird language again. I wouldn't see my mother for a long time after that.

Since I was still young, and had somewhat developed the uni language, but I could still learn another language without much trouble. So, I learned the native language of Mystery Island and English first. The shamen Kyrii taught me and read me books until I would read them on my own. When I was about 2 years old, I started to learn other languages.

I had noticed that pets from all over came to see the shamen. He would tell them something and that they would have to contemplate this and return tomorrow. He also helped those in need. He made many potions, and I learned how to make them as well, for faeries and pets. I could now speak uni, island, English, French, Spanish, Dutch, and many more. I sometimes got to help the shamen sell his potions to pets, though, with all the neopoints we were making, we still didn't have enough room to live in his hut comfortably. I would then sleep outside on nice nights.

During The month of Hunting, the shamens hut was cleared out and torn down. We packed all of our supplies and moved away to a small island off the coast of Mystery Island and built a new, bigger hut! The front area of the hut was big and roomy with some chairs and shelves with potions, this is where the pets seeking advice or potions would be. In the back were 3 rooms. One room was mine. All mine. Another one was the shaman's, and he had his own little office room in there. The last room was a potion and library room.

The night we moved in to our new hut on that small island, we went back to the main island for a big ceremony. Many other shamens and mystics were there, and there was a lot of food! During the ceremony, I was taken near the big bonfire and the head chief of all the mystics and shamens spoke. 'Tonight we add a new soul to the string of mystics!' Everyone cheered, 'Tonight she will be tattooed and given a rare gift, let the tattooing begin!' I hadn't been prepared for all of this. I stood there as they carefully gave me tan tattoos on my face and body. Then after that somewhat painful experience, a few ladies came out with baskets that had rare blue flowers in them. The tied them in my green mane and tail and then sprinkled the polin from the flowers on my new tattoos. They said it would take the pain away and help them stay permanent.

I was now a mystic.

The next day I woke up in my new room. I looked in the mirror and gazed at myself for a long time. I was so different. I could now speak in many languages, I wasn't scared of any pet really, and I wasn't a wild uni anymore. The shamen came in after the last pet left. It was now lunch time and he closes for lunch. 'I have a present for you.' He said as he handed me a box with holes in it. I opened it and out popped an island colored Anubis!

Oh Thank you so much!' I exclaimed as the little canine showed me affection.

They are pretty rare, at least in that color, and around Mystery Island. They come from The Lost Desert.' The shamen explained. For the rest of the day, I played with my new petpet. I couldn't think of a name for him. I didn't want it to be original, but I didn't want it to be complicated ether.

A few weeks lator I found my Anubis digging around near the back of the hut. At least it looked like that until I got closer. He spun around when I stood behind him and held in his mouth the necklace I wear around my neck now! He had also made himself one. Now we matched!

The next day I met a uni named Ronque. He was coming to ask the shaman if he and his family would be able to get their names changed and their colors changed. He and his family came back a few days lator. With him was his younger brother JT, his god-mother Quey and his god-sister ((who was Quey's daughter)) Lou. Quey and Lou were both peophins.

When they came out of the shamans office, Ronque's name had been changed to BlacknGold, and his golden color and royal blanket had been changed to a regular yellow with no blanket. JT's name had been changed to JaredThomas and his age was also made to be older than BlacknGold's, even though for real, BlacknGold was older. His color had been changed from a liver chestnut with fire in his mane and tail to a regular brown color. Quey's name was now Peoneo5111 and her dun color was now just a regular yellow with a blue mane. Lou's name was changed to GeenClover01790 and her silvery color was changed to a green with a red mane.

They told me I could visit any time since they lived on a small island off the coast of Mystery Island, and BlacnGold told me he would visit me and that we could hang out.

Well, the happiness didn't last too long. The shaman became ill and the chief mystic said that he would soon pass on. We needed to find someone to take his place. It would be either me, or another kyrii. We had to go through a series of tests. Potion making, finding ingredients, reciting old traditions, we both passed with flying colors.

At the shamans funeral, he would put into a covered canoe and slowly floated out into the ocean. Then after a moment of silence, it was announced that the other kyrii would take the shamans place. I was heart broken. The shaman had taught me all his secrets that even this new mystic didn't know! I knew how to run the hut and even my Anubis could do chores! I quickly left with my Anubis, who I now named Shaman, after the shaman of course. I didn't take any objects with me, except for the necklace I wore, and Shaman.

I found out where BlacknGold lived and asked if we could stay. He said yes, but I would have to keep Shaman under control as him and his family did not like canines or felines of any kind.

BlacknGold told me about his family, about how that their half father, Flaxson, was after him and JaredThomas. Flaxson wanted to take over Neopia, and he wanted his two half sons to be the first to go. I was now in danger. Flaxson could use me as a hastage or do other things to lure BlacknGold and JaredThomas into a trap.

After a few years passed, BlacknGold enlisted in the royal army again to get more training so he'd be ready for Flaxson. I didn't approve, as my father and brothers were taken away to some war, but there was nothing I could do to stop him. At the end of his training, he came home with a new red and blue blanket that had his name written in gold. He would never wear it, but he still wanted to keep it.

We had to run away from Flaxson a few times, and we always tried to make sure we knew where he was living, that way we could stay far away from Flaxson. But one time though, Flaxson's power was stronger than it had ever been. He had taken out all of Meridell, Brightsvale, Neopia Central, and was working on Mystery Island. He had the Haunted Woods and the Darigan Citidel on his side, plus all the canine and feline species of pets he would get. The space station was offering a space ship to some distant world. Only a few could go and it was first come first serve. BlacknGold said I had to go. He didn't want me to live in Neopia in the condition it was in, or even feel Flaxson's wrath anymore. I had already lost Shaman to Flaxson and BlacknGold didn't want to loose me like that.

He pushed me onto the ship and we said our goodbyes. We would see eachother again, we promised that. He got off and ran towards his comrades who were waiting for the order to fight a big battle.

It was a few long days in the ship before we landed in a remote area. AS we walked off the ship, I grew into the size of a 15hh horse and hands sprouted from the ends of my wings. They were covered in a fine layer of white feathers. I was led to a boarding school where kids who had powers lived. Some could turn into dragons and wolves. Others could bend earth, water, fire. I found out not only would I be teaching here, I could also bend earth. According to them, I was very strong. I could bend rock, which was the hardest of all since rock is neither alive or dead. I could also make potions and remedies like I would have done if I were the mystic on Mystery Island. But first, I had to be a student for four years, just to learn about the world I now lived in, then I became a teacher and the dragon students' lead teacher. Customs of me
