Welcome Wishing Star is a banner request site run by Kame, here to provide Neopia with banners for any situation and page. I also provide a number of premade banners as well as helpful resources for your site. This site originally started in the fall of 2010, but fell to inactivity in early 2011. I am restarting this site from scratch, hoping to make it bigger and better than it was before.

If you don't like how your banner turned out, tell me what you don't like and I'll try to fix it up so it is exactly how you want it.
I do not offer any coding besides the image code. You need to fill in the rest of the layout. If you need hex codes for the layout, I can provide those.
I will send you a reply when you neomail, letting you know your banner is being made. If you do not recieve one within a few days, please, neomail me.

What program do you use?
I use Paint Shop Pro X for the banner base and GIMP for the text.

Your requests say closed, but I really like your banners! Will you please make me one anyway?
Most likely, no. If my requests are closed, it means I'm too busy with school or life to make any banners.

Will you teach me how to make a banner?
I will add a banner tutorial sometime in the future. I would suggest taking a look at the banner tutorial from Create Impressions.

I saw someone using one of your banners without crediting you! What should I do?
Please, neomail me right away! I will take care of it.

How often do you update?
Whenever I have time. I try to do it as often as possible.

Will you make me a custom layout/button/etc.?
Right now, no. I will only make banners. However, I'm working on my button-making skills, so you might see me add button requests here soon.

Er, not to be mean, but my banner isn't really what I wanted. Would you mind re-doing it?
Yes, I will. Please tell me everything you want changed with it though, as I have other requests and things to do, and I'd rather not have to re-make it 10 times.

Why are you taking so long with my request?
Probably because real-life got in the way. If it's taking a really long time (over a week), you can neomail me to make sure I got your neomail.
