Melanie Brown aka Scarey Spice aka the woman who wants Eddie Murphy to grovel and pay up is planning her day in court. Mel B. is pretty much calling Eddie a coward and is ready to get a court rder to force him to take a DNA test to prove that he's half responsible for baby Angel Iris Murphy Brown.


Brown tells People magazine that Murphy won't take a DNA test or sign the birth certificate, "so it's going to have to go to court so he can be forced to do it, which is strange since he was the one asking for it." Murphy questioned the paternity on a Dutch television program last year.


Mel B. says Eddie has yet to lay eyes on Angel, adding, "My people have contacted his people and they just had no response to anything." Murphy's rep told People: "We do not comment on Mr. Murphy's personal life."

Looks like Paris Hilton's latest accessory is learning the hard way that being the designated arm candy to the world's most useless celebrity isn't exactly a quick ticket to the A-List. Josh Henderson, who does something on Desperate Houswives, is Paris' latest very public dating adventure and now he's pretty much a joke in the Holly Hood.


Though many a D-lister has become "famous" for befriending Paris Hilton, the heiress' new fling, "Desperate Housewives" actor Josh Henderson , isn't one of them. "Everyone in Los Angeles is just calling him 'Paris Boy,' " said a Page Six source. "No one really knows his name, but he walks around acting like he's God's gift." Surely if the twosome are snapped after going on a few more dinner dates, he'll become a household name.

I'm going to milk because it's a big birthday," says Lohan, who plans to mark the July milestone with a bash in - where else? - Las Vegas.


Lohan, who says she continues to hit the clubs even after rehab because she's lonely, also says on Wednesday's The Ellen DeGeneres Show that she plans to gamble for the first time while in Sin City.

Paris

A judge sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail Friday for violating her probation, putting the brakes on the hotel heiress' famous high life.


Hilton, who parlayed her name and relentless partying into worldwide notoriety, must go to jail on June 5 and she will not be allowed any work release, no furloughs, no use of an alternative jail and no electronic monitoring in lieu of jail, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ruled after a hearing.

Because Victoria's Secret doesn't want to pay Gisele Bundchen more than $5 million a year, the Brazilian bombshell has broken off all contract talks and apparently quit modeling for the lingerie company. Page Six reports that this was confirmed by her sister, Patricia Bundchen, to Brazilian web site Glamurana.


Her demands were outrageous. She got a new lawyer who was unrealistic," said a source. "Victoria's Secret doesn't care. They have five new hotter, younger girls debuting next year. And they won't have to deal with any craziness."

Spice Girls

The Spice Girls were reportedly offered £5million to perform in one reunion concert come Christmas time.


Four Spice Girls—Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Brown and Emma Bunton— reportedly discussed the possibility of the said gig during David Beckham's birthday party on Wednesday. The fifth Spice Girl, Melanie Chisholm, wasn't at the party, but is said to be open to the idea herself.
