You can apply for a foster either via neomail or by using a petpage and sending the link to me. Making a petpage is not mandatory. But if you decide to make one, please, put a disclaimer on it stating that I did not force you to make said petpage.

Applying for a pet does not guarantee that you will actually get him/her.

Please, remember:
If you are no longer able/willing to take care of one of my fosters, please, contact me and I will take him/her back.

If you want to adopt one of my foster pets, please stick to the following rules. If you don't, I won't give him/her away.

The account with which you want to adopt the pet must be at least 4 months old.

List all of your accounts in your application and mark your main one.
I only use safe transfer, not pound transfer. I also would not mind having to wait with the transfer as long as you will be a good owner. ;)

If you want to apply for a foster who is getting zapped, please, let me know! I'll be glad to stop zapping him/her and give you the time to apply for him/her.

Avoid spelling and grammar mistakes in your application.

Use the pet's correct name and gender.

Put some effort into your app. I will not accept apps that just say "Hey, can I have your pet?" or "Hi, I'd like to adopt that pet with the cool colour."! Be creative!

What are you mainly doing on Neopets (customising pets, collecting avatars, chatting etc.)?

How often are you usually online on Neopets (every day, once a week etc.)?

How did you find out about my pet being UFA? (This will in no way affect my decision, it's just for me to know where to advertise future fosters.)

My foster pets are not and never will be up for trade!

I will only give my adoptees to users who can give them a permanent home.

Tell me about the plans you have with the pet you are applying for (painting, customisation, battle pet, character description etc.).

Take the Pledge of Good Ownership (and mean it):
If I am chosen, I, (your name) , pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name) . I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again.

You can either add the Pledge to your application or put it somewhere visible like your shop or your profile page.

I have every right to reject any application I receive. So no complaining or begging if you don't get accepted.
You must follow all of these rules in your app. Of course, you can also include additional information that might set you apart from the other applicants.
