My name is Anarch, and this is where I keep a list of the Neoboards smilies.
My main account can be found here.

Why do they require a guide, you might wonder? Well, there are many hidden/secret smilies that do not show up on their smiley page (located here). People on the boards are constantly asking what the hidden smilies are and how to post them, and then others are forced to type each one out for them, with and without spaces. The other guides that I have seen on this topic are either incomplete, or state that they will most likely not be updating. So, I've decided to create another guide, that will - as long as I'm on Neopets, and not on a hiatus - always be updated. Below, I will post the last date this guide was updated. (Keep in mind that if it has not been updated in a while that it does not mean that it's out of date - it may simply be that no new smilies have been released since then.)
