What is a Plot?What is a plot and what do I do?A plot is a story, often including a comic that you can read. You can complete puzzles and some involve battledome fights. Why should I do a plot? It is up to you whether you get involved with a plot. However, you can win prizes, trpohies and even themes and avatars for completing them! AvatarsWhat is an Avatar?An Avatar is the small picture you see when using the boards How do I change my Avatar? Go to Boards and click the Preferences link at the top. Near the top of the page you will see the avatar you have at the moment and a drop down menu. The other side shows you the what avatar you are changing it to. BattledomeWhat is the battledome?The battledome is a place to fight your pets. You can fight 1 player or against others on the site. You can train your pet and give it weapons, allowing you to fight more opponents. Below is a guide for the battledome.

ClosetHow do I add items to the closet?Go to Shops and click on the item you want to add to the closet. It will open up a new window where you can select to move the item to the closet. You can also use quickstock to move a number of items to your closet. Why can I not add clothes to the closet? The chances are if you cannot move the item to your closet it is not wearable. Not all clothes are wearable. How do I get to the closet? There is a link from the Shops. You can then click a link at the top of the page which will take you to the screen where you can customize your pet. How do I remove items from the closet? Go to shops and click the link saying closet. It will take you to a screen where you can remove items - just put in the number of how many you want to remove next to the item you want to remove and click the move selected items button at the bottom. Daily DareWhat is Daily Dare?Daily Dare is all about challenging either AAA or Abigail to get a prize How long does Daily Dare last? Daily Dare runs all month and there is a new challenge every day How do I find Daily Dare? Daily Dare is under the games section or you can click the link below. Daily Dare FishingWhat is fishing?Fishing is what your pets can do. You get different items and gain a fishing level. Is there an avatar? Yep, there is an avatar. You have to be a certain level to get it though. For more information check out the guide below. 
GamesWhat are the best games to play/which games give you the most NPThe best games to play are the ones that you are good at. Try different games and keep practising. Playing games you enjoy is also a good idea, even if you don't get a lot of NP from them. Some games will get you more NP than others. However, that doesn't mean you should just play them games. If you are better at another game you may get more NP in the end by playing that rather than a game where you score low. The link below goes to a page with lots of Game Guides.

It probably won't earn you much, but some jobs are worth more than others and you can get a bonus if you do it quicker than the time asked. How do I get a job You go to the Employment Agency (link below) to get a job. You click the link saying basic jobs to view what jobs there are. Check the status page to make sure you have the job or if you forget what items you need. The jobs page refreshes every 10 minutes - 00:10, 00:20, 00:30 and so on. You have to be pretty quick to get a job as the are taken fast. Click the link at the side to try and get the job. If you get it it will say you got the job. You have so long to find the items it asks for. To Employment Agency How do I get the items? The best way to get the items is by using the shop wiz. You find the items for the cheapest price possible. Where do I take the items? You take items to the status page and click the link to say you have the items. To Employment Agency Status Page What are job coupons and where do I get them? Job coupons allow you to for super jobs. You can get these from the shop wiz, trades and auctions. Some job coupons are worth more than others. They are different colours - you can go for a job if the coupon is the same colour. You can go for lower jobs, but it isn't really worth it. List of job coupons: Green Job Coupon (lowest!) Blue Job Coupon Red Job Coupon Silver Job Coupon Gold Job Coupon Purple Job Coupon Pink Job Coupon Green Brightvale Job Coupon Bronze Brightvale Job Coupon Silver Brightvale Job Coupon Gold Brightvale Job Coupon (highest!) Are job coupons worth it? Not really. In most cases job coupons are expensive and you won't get that back through the jobs you do. Unless you find one really cheap it probably isn't worth it. It is up to you whether you choose to do a super job or whether you sell it. What happens once I've used a coupon? One you have used a job coupon the colour will change, going down in value. Say if you had a Purple Job Coupon it would become a Gold Job Coupon. A Gold Job Coupon would become a Silver Job Coupon and so on. Once you have used a Green Job Coupon it will disapear. Lutari TalismanWhat is the Lutari Talisman?Everyone has one on there lookups. It is up to you whether or not you want to collect beads for it. What does the mobile game have to do with it? Making MoneyThere are many ways to make money, including playing games, restocking and the stock market. Asking for money and/or items is NOT allowed!Visit the guides section (above) for guides on making money and dailies (below). MapsWhat is the secret lab map?The secret lab map is a map you collect the pieces to. When you have completed it you can zap your pet What can you get from the lab map? You can get stats, gender, species and colour changes from the lab map. You also get something for putting the map together. How often can you zap? You can zap one pet, once a day. Where do you go to put it together? Go to games and search Treasure Maps. Click on Laboratory link. You must have all the pieces in Your Inventory to put it together. Is it worth it? If you want a pet changing and don't mind losing stats or getting colours or species you don't really want then the lab map may be worth it. For getting higher stats you may be better off training as you could end up with lower than stats than you started with using the map. If you want a certain colour paintbrushes are the better option, unless you want a lab only colour. What are the different maps? Secret Laboratory Map PetPet Laboratory Map Treasure Map Spooky Treasure Map Underwater Map Space Map World Challenge 1 World Challenge 2 World Challenge 3 Does the map vanish once it has been put together? Yes, the map will disappear, but you will always be able to get to the lab ray. Are there any lab only colours? Yeah. Robot and Malevolent Sentient Plushie Poogle are lab only colours. There are others that you can get through the lab that cannot be got through using a paintbrush. What is the petpet lab map? Once you have the secret lab map you can collect the 9 pieces of the petpet lab map. This allows you to zap your petpet.

Mystery Island Cooking PotWhat is it?It is a cooking pot where you can put items in and get a different item out. Where do I get items? You buy the items the same as you would most things - using shops, trades and auctions. What items do i need and what do they make? See the guide for a list of different items and what they make, plus other useful information.
Mystery Island Guide NeohomesWhat is a neohome?A neohome is a home you can create and add furniture to. What is the point of a neohome? There is no real point in a neohome other than to make it look nice and spend neopoints on. Where can I get furniture? You can buy furniture from the shops, shop wiz, trades or auctions. You can check the Item Lists and Galleries section for an item list of all furniture and garden items.

Petpets and PetpetpetsWhat are petpets?Petpets are pets for your pet. How do I give my petpet to my pet? Have the petpet in Your Items and click on it. It will bring up a new window with a drop down menu. From there you can select which pet to give it to. What are petpetpets? Petpetpets are pets for your petpets How do I attach a petpetpet? Have the petpetpet in Your Items and keep refreshing. It may take a while for it to attach. Where can I get a petpet or petpetpet? You can buy them from shops, trades or auctions. You may also be lucky and get one in a random event PetPagesHow do I edit my petpage?Go to My Account and then scroll down to Edit Petpage. You then click the link under under pets image that says Edit. What is my petpage for? Whatever you want as long as it doesn't break the neopet rules. Maybe a page for your guild, your graphics, a list of items or goals on neopets or maybe even a guide. See above for HTML guides PremiumPremium is something that you pay for. You get features that you don't get in the free version of neopets.

 What are quests? There are many different quests and all involve getting items for something in return. Not all quests are worth it. 
RestockingWhat is restocking?RSing or restocking is buying items and then selling them for more in your shop. 
 ScreeniesWhat is a screenie?A screenie is an image of a page. For example, you might take a screenie of a topic or a pet How do you take a screenie? To take a screenie just press the print screen button on your keyboard and paste the image in to a paint program. How do I put a screenie on my pet page? See above for how to take a screenie. After that you need to upload your image in to something like photobucket. That will then give you codes and allow you to put the image on your pet page. You need to use an image code (see HTML section above if you don't know the code) Sick PetsMost people think having a sick pet means you need to buy medicine which can be very expensive. Instead all you need to do is visit the HealingSprings where your pet can be healed for free. Your pet can be healed no matter what illness it has. Make sure the pet that is sick is your active pet. Healing Springs Side AccountsHow many Side Accounts can you have?You can have one main account and up to four sides What is the point in a side account? People use side accounts for many different things. Pets is one of them. What can I NOT do on a side account? You can not make any NP on a side account. That means no dailies or playing games. You can not use your side accounts to complete things such as quests. How do I get items to my side account or paint a pet on a side? To get items to your side you can use the send to neofriend feature. Click the item in you items and it will come up with another -blocked- Use the drop down menu and select to send it to a neofriend. You can then go on your other account and accept it. This allows you to to do things like paint pets. You must NOT send over NP in any way or earn NP on the side account so that you can buy items. Can I change my main account? Yes, you can change your main account. However, it is probably not a good idea to do this often as it may be seen as cheating. You may NOT use your side account as a main just because your main has been suspended! For more information click the link below 
Signitures/PreferencesWhere is the preferences?Go to boards and you will see a link at the top of the page. To Preferences Where do I put my signiture? When you go to prefs go down to NeoHTML/Signature. It shows two boxes. The first one is for writing on top and the second is for writing on the bottom. How do I remove the line? Go to preferences and then to the signiture part with two boxes. In the first box put a square bracket at the end - like ( except square. In the second box put a square bracket going like ) at the start How do I change the colour? It gives you an example of the color above the second box (where it says I Love *lupe*s!!). To get a different color just change the word blue to whatever color you want. How do I put my text on the next line? Put br in square brackets (should be next to P on the keyboard) Remember: Click submit at the bottom to save changes Guide to neofonts: 
Site ThemesWhat is a site theme?Site themes are the main layout of the page. The default one is yellow, but you can get others. 
Stock MarketWhat are stocks?Stocks are something you buy in to in the hope that they will raise and you can make a profit from them. Where is the stock market? The stock market is under the Games section How do I earn NP from them? You buy stocks at a low price (between 15-18NP is best) and sell them at a higher price How many can shares can I buy a day? You can buy 1000 shares a day. This does NOT have to be in just one company. You can split it up. e.g. Buy 500 shares in one, 200 in another and 300 in another. What can I buy shares in? There are loads of different companies. Go to the stock market, click find stocks and click for a full list. Look through them and decide which you want to buy. No, the toolbar is free. Link to toolbar The PoundWhat is the pound?The pound is where all unwanted pets go and where you can adopt them. When will the pound be back up? No one knows when the pound will be back up, but TNT should put something in the news about it when they plan on bringing it back. The Editorial (Under News) says it will be up sooner than you think. Training/CodestonesWhere is a list of codestones?Type codestone in to the search engine (at the side of the page and at the bottom). What are codestones for? Codestones are used for training on Mystery Island or you can sell them. Collect all of them for an avatar. Where can I get codestones from? You can get codestones from shops, auctions and trades or you may be lucky and find one in a random event Where can I train my pet?
