6.It is not the responsibility of our agency to remind you when your requested pet is scheduled to be transfered. As the person requesting a pet that responsibility is yours.

7.If you are unable to accept transfer of your requested pet please notify us as soon as possible

8.If you are unable to accept transfer of your requested pet for more than two months we will be unable to fill your request and the pet will be given to another owner.
