It's good that you have choices for the requesters to pick from, but it's just messy. Some the borders are thicker than the others and it just doesn't look good. All of the fonts need to be the same size and some of them shouldn't be used for buttons. Example, the really light ones and the ones barely readable. I would get rid of #1, #5 and #7. The other ones may have to be adjusted to get rid of extra pixels, so they'll look better. Everything else seems fine, although I would only have one account to neomail to. It will be less confusing and easier on you. There haven't been any requets yet, so...
