2: Duplicate the base and set it to screen

3: merge
4: desaturate

5: duplicate your desaturated base. go to brightness and contrast. b: -31 c:88 set layer to 60

6: make a green to blue gradient and put it on a new raster layer. screen 100.(other colors can be used)

7: go to textures and blinds. w- 2 o- 54 a light grey. one horizontal one vertical.

8: add a splatter brush and a sparkle brush

8b: erase around the face

9: add your text

10: and a nice little black border
