Frequently Asked Questions

To rotate your furniture:

1- Click on the furniture you want to turn.
2- Hold down the SHIFT key and click on the right or left arrow where it says ROTATION.
3- Click until you get the furniture at the angle you want.
4- Let go of the SHIFT key and move your furniture into place!


How long did you wait to get your trophy?

It took about a month for my trophy to actually show up in my trophy case. At the time, the answer I received when I wondered about it was that those trophies are handed out every couple of months. If anyone knows for sure, please let me know.


How many neopoints and how much time did you spend on your neohome?

1- TIME?= It took me a little over a year to plan, save and work on my home.

2- HOW MUCH DID YOU SPEND?= Millions! ....because I wanted to. Tiling to get certain effects will cost alot of NP.

3-MY STRATEGY?= I decided to shoot for a neohome spotlight home. I started by browsing prize winning neohomes to learn how to make cool effects like bookshelves. While I studied, I earned NP and SAVED them by playing games, stocking my shop and buying stocks until I got about 2 million NP. Then, I started working on one room at a time. I used databases to see all the furniture available in one color or one style, and I learned as I went along. I only stumbled upon the guides listed above toward the end of my construction. I wish I'd known about them sooner.
