"Kai, come here" A young female shoyru walked into the room where her new owner sat. "What do you want to do today?"

The shoyru thought. "Could we go walk in the forest?" The human nodded her head.

They left the house that sat at the edge of a large forest. The two walked along a used path looking at all the lovely trees, flowers, and wild petpets. The shoyru saw some wild Star of Paradise Flowers grow in a circle. She ran over wanting to pick a few to take back home. After carefully picking a few, a dark lime green and purple cloud crept around Kai. The swirls engulfed her. The owner ran to help the shoyru but she had disappeared.

Kai awoken in a dark room. The door swung open and two evil looking Bartamus grabbed her by the arms and lead her to another room. At the other end of it was a large chair with a being sitting in it. The shadow got up and walked towards Kai.

"Yess, sshe iss the one. Wait…no sshe is not. Where are her markingss? You two idiotss brought me the wrong girl." The shadow hit the two petpets and turned sharply back to her chair. "Take her away."

The two petpets throw the shoyru into a large cage where a rather freakishly large Bartamus carried the cage to a far away forest. There Kai was dumped to find her way home. She was quite weak from having no food and being torched from the dark figure. She laid in the same spot hoping that a kind soul could find her.

A earth faerie that was taking care of the trees, saw the poor, helpless shoyru laying on the ground. Her name was Kezia. Kezia took pity on Kai and took her to Faerieland, to see if the Counsel of Faeries could help her. The most powerful faeries of each type were on the counsel. When Kezia took her into the counsel room, the faeries felt to future power of this shoyru. They know she was one of them. They talked among themselves for a couple of hours before deciding to help her and give her, her powers now.

They got up and made a circle around Kai. Kai did not know want was going on and was fearful. The dark faerie on the council saw that fear and knew it would work for her. Then the Counsel of Faeries held out their hands towards Kai in the middle of the circle. They then started to mumble to themselves. Kai could not make out what they were saying, but just then they all started to glow different colors. After a few seconds of them glowing, the glowing light from all the faeries headed towards Kai. She was surrounded by a rainbow of glowing lights. She was lifted up into the air by some sort of magic. The faeries then stop glowing and mumbling. They put down their hands and with that Kai floated down to the ground and fainted.

She woke up in the room of the princess of faeries which was in the palaces of Fyora. The princess was waiting for her to wake up.

"What am I doing here," Kai just getting up.

The princess took hold of her shoulders and tried to lay her back down, "You are in my room resting after acquiring your new power."

"Well first who are you and what powers?"

The princess told her that she was a one of many Guardians of Nature. She was the guardian of the sky and wind. She would have to protect the sky and wind from the other forces if something happen to there guardians and the power of that force went out of control by itself or someone was using that power. It was a very gift but sometimes had it down falls.

"Well, princess, how did I get the powers? All I can remember are some faeries."

The princess giggled. "Those 'faeries' are the very powerful Counsel of Faeries. They are the ones that are in charge of everything and I mean everything. They chose what happens when, where, how, and who does it. They are the ones who gave you your powers and beautiful wings. Kai got up and run over to a mirror in the princess' room. She was stunned from what she saw. She had wings that where health, but also they where like angels wing. They where feathered wings that where white. She also notice that she had some strange markings on her feet, hands, the end of her tail, and head which looked like white clouds.

The princess was now behind her, "Those markings are to show everyone that you are a guardian of the sky and wind. All the other guardians have different markings and are different species. You will meet them all in do time, Zia. Oh yes, that reminds me. Your new name is not Kai it is now Ziarreneo which means goddess of the sky. There is one more thing to tell you. The powers you have are good and can help many pets, but there is one thing you should know before you go training. The dark faerie that is on the counsel is nice for a dark faerie, but she can be trouble sometimes. She feeds off of fear and helps it grow into evil inside pets sometimes. When you where being given your powers you were fearful because you did not know what was happening. The dark faerie on that counsel saw that fear and cursed it. That fear inside of you will grow, but it will take sometime to over take you. The only way to can control it is to control your fear. It will be hard at times, but I know you can do it, Zia."

"Well, thank you, princess. I hope I do well with my new powers. I wonder how my brother and mom will take it."

The princess laughed at Zia's remark. Just then a faerie that was an attendant to the princess knocked on the door and entered when the princess said to. "Your Hines, the counsel would now like to talk to Ziarreneo and start her training."

The princess lead Zia out of the palace and to the Counsel of Faeries. The faeries told her the rules under where, when, and why to use her powers. They also told her how to use each type of power she had acquired. They taught her how to for bring each "spell" she can use. This training took several days, but after it Zia had great control over her power. During her training, she stayed with the princess and they became great friends.

On the last day of her stay in Faerieland, the faeries warned her that there would be terrible times with theses powers, but the good would out-weigh the bad. To send her off on a good note the faeries gave her a petpet cirrus. Zia named her Aolani which means "Cloud from Heaven." The faeries told her that Aolani would be her keeper of clouds and helper because Zia was the guardian of two forces and the others guardians only had one force to look after. Zia and Aolani became the best of friends. The Counsel of Faeries had the princess take Zia, Aolani, and Zia's new magical stuff home.
