Well hello and welcome to my new1 page. :] Before we begin I'd like to lay down a few ground rules.

1. Always link back to this page.
2. Never remove my username/claim as your own.
3. Do not edit the new1 - if you want a custom, just mail me.
4. Do not tamper with the code.
5. Do not enter this into a competition such as the Beauty Contest or the Art Gallery.
6. Since they were made for KOUGRAs on NEOPETS, I'd like it if they were kept within Neopets.com. Use them on lookups or pet pages as you wish but nowhere else!

NB: All new1 are transparent with a white border, so they're suited to any background. :)

Please title your neomail KOUGRA new1 (not necessarily in capitals). It's not a matter of if you don't, then you don't get an adoptable, or anything: it just helps me sort out my Neomails a little more efficiently.
However, if you do not Neomail my main account, GARINAWK, then you WILL NOT receive a custom. I just don't log in to my other accounts enough. Your request will be ignored. This is not deliberate, or me being rude, I just don't log in and the mail gets deleted so I never see it!

PLEASE NOTE that I don't like to choose between my characters, so I am more than likely going to ask for more than one in return. I'm quite happy to do THE SAME NUMBER in return for you. But if your new1 are very simple, I'll ask for more than I'll give you. :3 These take me around half an hour each on average, so be warned!
References of my characters can be found either on their pet pages or their lookups.
If you would like a Lupe adoptable or even a Aisha adoptable as well as one or more Lupe new1, then just say so, I'm quite happy to do one for you.

ALSO NOTE that I save ALL new1 that I receive to my harddrive and upload them to my own server! Feel free to just put up the picture instead of putting up a code as well. I WILL link back to you!

ANOTHER NOTE - please don't be offended if I don't put your adoptable up straight away! Because I have textboxes in this code, I have to locate the original file on my computer to edit things, then copy it all to Neo. This takes a little while to do, so I normally only add more adopted Lupes when I add new customs.
