Tutorial Directory

Hello. This is a page completely devoted to hosting and providing tutorials for use by all you artists out there on Neopia.

To put it clearly, this page provides a complete (or almost) list of tutorials and guides for people to use. This doesn't just apply to drawing. Any art related tutorial can be found here. Drawing, painting, watercolor, crayon, MSpaint, sculpting, animation, writing, even layout design can be found here. All of these guides are available to use to aid in the creation of pieces of art. The best part is you don't just have to use the tutorials, you can make one yourself and submit it here.

Rules

For Tutorial Artists

-All art on your tutorial must be yours and yours alone. If you DO use someone else's art, it must be with the consent of the artist, and the artist must be given credit in your tutorial. We cannot use tutorials with stolen art on them-
-Tutorials can be anything you want, as long as they're art related. That means tutorials can be anything from how to draw a leaf to how to spot and art thief. It doesn't even have to be Neopets related. HOWEVER. It DOES have to follow the Neopets Rules and Conditions. And that means NOTHING innapropriate. If it's not appropriate, it will NOT be put on this page-
-No NEEDLESS flaming in your tutorial please. Obviously, no one likes and art thief, but you shouldn't mention specific users-
-Try not to do something that's been done before on this page. That means if there are 20 different tutorials on how to color hair, unless your method is COMPLETELY different, please don't submit another tutorial on how to color hair. It makes my life easier-
-Put your name on your tutorial. Kay, thanks-
-Tell me if you want your tutorial hosted on this page, or if you want it hosted on your own page. If hosted on this page, provide to me the largest file you can via an image hosting site, and I'll host it on my own site and put it on the page-
-Be as creative as you want. There aren't many limits to go by-
-Mail me with your tutorial if you have one. If I'm on the Neoboards, you can tell me there too-
-Submit as many tutorials as you like, there is NO limit-

Rules for Tutorial Users

-These are being provided for you out of the goodness of other user's hearts. Do NOT:
-Use any image in a contest (ex. Beauty Contest, Art Gallery, etc. etc.)
-Alter in any way shape or form.
-use on your own petpage/lookup/petlookup/shop and claim as your own.
-Trace art, take writing, or steal webcoding.
-Take these tutorials and redistribute them yourself without artist consent
-Any and all offenders of the above stipulations will be warned and frozen etc. etc.-
-Don't harrass the artists on here. Okay?-
-You may REQUEST a tutorial, but don't expect it right away-
-If you want, you can send in something that you used a tutorial on this page to make. There will be a whole section for art that used these tutorials. Just to see what people can do with them-
