Calling All Chocolate Pets
![]() | A notice by the Choco-Police: All chocolate neopets have been advised to stay inside their neohomes and take a warm milk chocolate bath while the disruptions in Faerieland involving a herd of lupes is resolved. This Cherry alert will be in affect until further notice by the Choco-Police, please keep all doors in your neohome locked until further notice. For further clarification on the alert system please reference the Alert Command Center. |
The Choco Force
| This site here is home to the Chocolate Police Headquarters. Here the Chocolate squadrons work tirelessly to ensure the safety of their brethren chocolate neopets by responding to emergency calls from Chocolate pets that are in danger. This Police Force have gradually grown from a small Neighborhood Watch to an elite task force that can attend to the dangerous circumstances Chocolate Neopets may encounter. | ![]() |
The Alert Center
This Alert Center clarifies the three degrees of alerts and advises chocolate neopets on what course of action to choose from relating to the current degree of alert the Chocolate Community is at. Check the alert chart below for further clarification:
![]() |
The Cherry Alert is the highest alert system and signals an immediate lock down for all Chocolate Neopets in Neopia. This alert means the elite Choco-force are out remedying a highly dangerous situation for all Chocolate Neopets. Until the alert is lifted it is highly advised that all Chocolate pets remain indoors and take precautions against any suspicious neopets that may be the cause for the high alert. |
![]() |
The Mint Alert is a medium alert level and means that there is no present danger, but that conditions are not completely secure. Chocolate pets should be wary and not travel along during these times. The Choco-Force during these times are ready to respond to any threat, but it is still advised that chocolate neopets take the necessary precautions to stay safe. |
![]() |
The Vanilla alert is the lowest alert and signifies that there is not threat present and it is safe for all chocolate neopians to walk freely without worry or fear. It is advised that chocolate neopets use these times to do their daily tasks and enjoy Neopias many shops and stores. |
The Facts
As of right now, Chocolate pets can only be obtained through either the lab ray or through the Fountain Faerie,
and in a recent Poll only about 56,414 Neopians own the lab Ray and since Fountain Faerie Quests are hard to come by that makes Chocolate Neopets a rather a rare breed, which consequently makes them even more coveted. This is all bad news for Chocolate pets and it is for that reason the Choco-Force was created, but does not make things easier for Chocolate pets, especially when a Neopian Poll shows that 48,989 prefer Chocolate over cheese and with no signs of a cheese pet the sole attention is on Chocolaty Pets!
With the colaboration of many renowned Chocolate authorities this Headquarters has been able to post many ways for Chocolate pets to continue to live in their chocolaty ways without constantly running from crazed chocoholics. Remember that these tips are in no way guarantees, but will surely aid you in your quest for survival!
Tips
Tip #1: Recognizing the Signs
Chocolate pets all enjoy a stroll in the Neopian Bazaar, but must be quick to notice when other pets show the signs of what has become to be know as: Choco-Hunger. You will have to be quick to recognizing these warning signs, because your limbs might depend on it. Here is a brief overview of the signs:

Tip #2: Proper Disguises
In order to avoid the dangers of being eaten completely, it is necessary at times to put on a disquise. To become a different, non edible, neopian altogether. This art of disguise can be very tricky, because over doing the disquise draws too much attention to you, but under altering your appearance gives you away. Always remember this rule of thumb:
Listed below for you here is a list of ready made costumes that you can easily slip on at any time to avoid any unwanted Chocolate crazed Neopians.
So you don't make any disguise mistakes here is an example of a do and do not of propers disguising.
DOWerelupe Costume is a good choice, because it strikes fear in other neopians causing them to veer away from you rather than towards you | ![]() |
DO NOTThis I believe for obvious reasons is a bad choice. This disguise attracts even more trouble because of the illusion of a sweet and nutritious inside. This is a definite DO NOT! | ![]() |

Tip #3: The Escape
Now you may wondering:
Well here are some tips for proper and effective escape strategies. These strategies will help you escape even the most intense Choco-Crazed Neopians. They are as follows:
![]() | When running make sure you pace yourself, because Neopians in the Choco-Hunger daze only experience a spurt of energy and if you pace you're study supply of sugar they will be no match. |
| In a recent Neopian Poll Milk Chocoolate was shown to be prefered by 603,544 Neopians. So always carry with you a supply of Milk Chocolate Treats to throw behind you to act as decoys. This will give you more time to run and put a greater distance between you and your Chocoholic foe. | ![]() |
![]() | Unfortunately fighting seems to only make things worse. Our weapons only enhance their desires for chocolate and rather than avoiding our weapons they are drawn to them. It would be in your best interest that you do not stop to fight, but to continue your flight to safety until the Choco-Force can come to your aid. |
Tip #4: Learn From Experience
The best thing you can do is learn from other Chocolate pet's mistakes and triumphs and here the Choco-Police have compiled stories of Chocolate pets and their survival stories. Hopefully their struggles can help you to survive in this Chocolate driven world...

Tip #5: Travel With a Friend
A Petpet can be a chocolate neopets greatest companion, but a chocolate petpet can be a chocolate neopets bestfriend. Chocolate petpets are guaranteed to liven up any chocolate neopet's day as well as protect you from any wary foes. Here are some chocolatie companions you may want to get, but just like Chocolate Neopets need a the zap from the lab ray to be who they are, the chocolate petpets need a zap from the petpet lab ray to be who they are.
Tip #6: Stick Together
| If the Chocolate Community is to survive this world the best chances are to do so by sticking together. They'll never be able to attack you if you stay in large numbers. Staying together is actually very beneficial, not just in a survival sense, but in a 'happy go lucky' kind of way too. It is common knowledge that there ain't no party like a Chocolate pet party. The Chocolate Ball is a prime example of such a thing! | ![]() |
![]() | Chocolate pets from around Neopia come together to eat chocolate Food not chocolate pets and that is the way it should be! The Chocolate may be in persecuted now for their sweet delectable insides, but events such as the Chocolate Ball have spread awareness of the Choco-Police's cause that Chocolate food is just as good to eat as chocolate pets and most of the times is even better. The Choco-Police hope these tips are beneficial to you in your desire to survive in this Chocolate driven World and wish the best of luck to you! |
