You arrive at the beach with a friend. A towel in your hand, and scuba gear in the other. You both decide to rent a boat to go out to sea and dive for treasure and other stuff you find valuable... As you reach the middle of the vast, open ocean, you put on your scuba equipment and ready yourself for a long term dive. *sploosh* You jump into the dark blue waters and swim deep into the sea below... As you are reaching bottom, your friend tells you that they are going to look farther away from you. You nod as you touch bottom. You look around to see a small bushel of seaweed growing in the rocky soil. Flounder swim by your feet. Some plain coral also sits to your left, next to an indent in the ground, 'sort of like a bed?' you think to yourself, 'nah.'
You hear a swift movement behind you. turning to see the sand kicked up by a current, the seaweed swirling around you. You panic and try to swim further away. You stop to take a rest on a large algae covered rock. "Hello there land dweller." you hear from behind you. You slowly turn your head to see a large serpant snake hovering behind you! You are scared, yet curious.
My names Yetsoku, how did you manage to come all the way down here?" the snake says to you as he swishes his tail fin.
Uhh, I, I used an oxygen tank." you say pointing to the large tank on your back. "You, live down here I presume?" you ask him.
Yes, I've lived here for quite a while now," he answers as he looks down at the rocky floor, "The last of my family... It gets lonely down here, no others to talk to, nobody to play with, not that I've seen anyways.
So your a hissi?" you ask Yetsoku, tightening the mask on your face.
Yes land dweller, I am the last hissi of the Hissiru clan, Guardian of the Sea you stand in.
Your tank begins to make a beeping sound, flashing a small yellow light above the meter. You must resurface, for your oxygen is running low, the only tank you've got. "I must leave, you shall come with us?" you ask him, motioning upwards. You start to swim.
No," Yetsoku replys sadly, "I must stay here
You call your friend to meet at the boat, swimming towards the surface. You turn to wave to the serpant, only to see the tip of his tail as he dissappears into the darkness...

His body is a pale lightish blue. There are black marks around his eye on both sides of his face. There is also a black mark on both of his wings. I told him not to, but he got a piercing on his left wing. He has blue-purpleish fins, with a faint grey outline. His tail is split with a fin in the middle that also has a small split. His belly is a grey. He has big front fangs that stick out even when his mouth is closed. His eyes are a golden color. Most of the time he has a black bracelet around his tail.

 This is me (obviously!). I was born of a tribe called Hissiru. My mother was one of the grand rulers of this tribe and had many artifacts and great stories for each one. She and all the others died in a grand war. All were ambushed while we were hunting for food and such. Exept me. My mother died only trying to save me, so I swim with sorrow at the sea floor... Although I dont visit them much anymore, I share a bond with my new family. Now I live in the vast open seas. Far away from all my friends and former family. My powers are yet to be discovered.  This is my friend, or former pet, Shuriko. I found him, wounded, on the sea floor. He was abandoned, and was slowly dying. Yet, I took him in and healed him. He is very frisky and tends to run off. But I keep my eye on him. He is also loyal to me.
 This is Roar. He can control the weather and winds. When his emotions change, so does the weather around him. He is also very swift at times. He is also good when weilding a sword or any magic item. He also cannot fly (well, not yet anyways). Roar has an anger issue as well. Don't mess with him! I've warned you!
 This is Buddy. He is now disco thanks to a paint rush mom bought. He loves disco music and loves to dance, he is very annoying sometimes.
 This is Basilisk. She loves anything furry and small. She likes little things such as bells, dolls, candy, little play houses, the usual 'girly' stuff. You'd think she'd be the opposite since she's mutant and all.

I was born as an egg, of course. My mother used to watch over me as I lay still on a bed of seaweed. My father was a great hunter, one of the main hunters for food in our clan. Everyday, he caught lots of fish and other ocean delights for the whole Hissiru tribe to feast apon. Yet, my mother and my father were not very close to each other. You could see no bond. although they were very happy. When I grew older, I was able to go to hunt with the others. But one day, this happieness would all change...
We were out searching for more flounder to add to the grand feast, celebrating my adult age, allowing me to become a great hunter like my father. But we were ambushed by great sharks. They attacked us from every direction, slashing and biting down on our clan one by one. I wa slucky enough to escape to a cavern. I would have stayed, but my mother told me to run. So I did. Resulting in these black markings.
the black marks you see are the acursed markings of my people. It was said that when one was to sin, they would suffer the consiquenses of the great demon curse. The curse was set apon a small amount of our people, cursing their sould with a demonic spirit which was attatched to them for all eternity. I, however, have not sinned, but ran away when my people were ambushed, although my mother told me to. Since ive held back the mistaken curse all these years, ive been placed with black markings to show my burden's end...
I dont remember much more about my past. All I know is it tends to get very lonely down here. Although i know there is, I've never seen another ocean dwelling hissi like my-self. Maybe someday I'll find another like me...

Erinaire Was my first friend. She's such a kind hissi. What beauteful sunsets you show me. What beauteful stars in the skies at night. I know you cannot swim, and I cannot fly. Your still a queen in my eyes...
She saved me from dying many times before. Helping me to stay alive. Helping me to be myself for once. She helped heal my wounds. I am happy when we are together. I'm glad we share a special bond my friend.

Please keep in mind that the black markings, Yetsoku's fangs, and everything else about him were my idea! No I did not copy off of anyone else, no I did not copy off of someone elses ocean hissi idea. I've come up with yetsoku all by myself, even before I had a hissi. So please dont copy off of him.
