The Great Design Competition ♥

Hey girls! Here's a competition for the membies of BD!
Okay, here's what you have to do:
There will be multiple legs of this contest. You must follow the rules for each level. Got it? Mmkayy.
This is a design competition. Each level, you will be asked to design something, and you must follow the rules for each level. Some people will be eliminated in each level, but don't take it personally.
The winner of this competition will recieve a petpet paintbrush. Remember to donate! It's the race for the most hippest, most stylish, and most fashionable member of BD. Is it you?

Level 1

You must design a t-shirt using the picture below:

Rules:
1. Only use the program PAINT. No other fancy program. We wanna see what you can do with the most minimal equipment. A real fashionista can manage to do something with...nothing XD
2. You may take pictures off the web and put them on your shirt, but they have to be cut out on paint, unless they are already cut out.
3. You can include text.
4. Erase all the text that is on the t shirt lol
5. Only use that pic.
6. Try to have some hand-drawn stuff on there, but if not that's fine.
7. Make some effort XD
