Its a quiet night on a nice tropical island. The sun just begining to set over the ocean as you sit on the warm white sand in awe of the colors the sky has become. Even with the cooling air its quite warm and humid as the taste of salt from the ocean fills your lungs. As you continue to watch you can hear a rustle from the bushes behind you as you turn quickly worryed, oh no...whats that? You sit where you are, frozen with fear at the possibility of a threat from the jungle. As you try to convince your legs to move and run a figure emerges from the bushes, well...atleast its head. A bori? It blinked its bright lime green eyes looking at you in confusion "Hey? What are you doing out here?" The bori asks you not moving any closer to you so you could only see its head. "Well...I was...just sitting here..." You reply. The bori sighed a little as it walked out from the bushes looking at you "Whats your name human?" He asks as you look at his strange looking body. He...did look a little like a bori...but he had a mane...an isted of a normal bori shell...a stripe which had fur from the back of his neck, going all the way down to the tip of his tail. He was also quite small for a bori, more the size of a...Xweetok maybe? "I said, whats your name human?" The bori asked moving his face right in front of yours, noses almost touching "I...It's...guest" The bori nodded a little "Eori" He said simply.

Story

Eori doesn't exactly have the best past and was never treated well because of what he is. You see, he is a hybred...A cross between two neopets. Not something you commonly see and his strange apperance is a sign of his mixed blood. You see...His father was a Bori and his mom a Xweetok. No one knows what really happened to cause them to have this child...but as soon as he was born they threw him away and just left him to die in a ditch. He was found by a krawk, who used him as a sorce of money. Eori was, and is, as most would say...a freak. The krawk pretty much put him in a cage and anyone who payed could see the freak Xweetok and Bori mix. It worked for a while but when Eori was two his usefulness had ended and the krawk sold the kit into slavery.

It was only after Eori got into slavery that he was given a name...though it was by another slave, and only gave him that name cause he didn't like calling him freak...atleast to his face. He was named Xweori, which is actually his species, Xweetok/Bori. He was sold into the mining trade at terror mountian. This met that he rarly went outside the mine, and once a month, if lucky, he would actually see and feel the sun light on him. This also made it so he never actually learned how to swim, since the lakes near by where always frozen over and if you fell it pretty much met you where dead. With being in the mines so much though he soon gained better and better vision in the dark mines, and soon enough his eye sight became better in the dark then light.

It wasn't to long after that Eori slowly noticed something strange about him, more then just his mixed blood. It more had to do with his body, bones and claws. First of all, when working in the mines his claws never dulled or chipped no matter what he did and where hard enough to break through pretty much any stone wall. His bones where extreamly hard to break, no matter how badly he was beat and the only time he ever gained a broken bone was when he was caught in a cave in and both his legs, from his hips down where trapped under the tones of rock. But once he was free from that (for the most part having to dig himself out since no one would help him) he walked away, though still in a lot of pain and his legs bleeding very badly. This is also where the last bit of the strangeness comes in, Eori's ability to heal, is unusually fast. A broken bone was healed in about a couple weeks, and things like that. This was partly due to how often he was beaten by the slave driveds but still forced to work even in pain.

It was by accident that Eori found out something else strange about him, though this is more painful then helpful. Once he got mad and ended up attacking one of the slave drivers and in turn got some of his blood on him. On contact with his skin the other's blood burned him like a powerful acid and in turn stopped his attacking quickly. With the slave drivers learning about this weakness in Eori, they used it as the main form of punishment toward him, since they really couldn't brake his bones to make a point.

Eori grew up in that place for 13 years and didn't enjoy a second of it. He was beaten by the slave drivers and ignored/hated by the other slaves. He grew to hate all those around him and wished for a place of peice and quiet and never having to deal with anyone ever again. He say the only way of that happening though...was to die. So he desided to refuse to listen to anyone and would not work and in turn got beaten to within a inch of his life, something that took two months to recover from.

After that though, that time had made him come to a different conclusion, it wasn't he who had to die...it was the ones doing this to him. So one dark night he had been able to break out from his cage and killed the slave leader with his own claws and quickly tryed to run off before being caught but he wasn't quick enough and a few saw him, so he killed them to before he dissapered into the darkness, in that night killing five of the slave drivers. Because of this though, and the amount of blood spill he caused he nearly caused his own death, the blood had ended up burning a large amount of his body, the only part of him resistant to the bloods effects where his claws. But he didn't care.

He did not free any of the other slaves or lift a claw to help them, no, they where of no use to him and did not deserve help for what they had done to him for 13 and a half years.

It took in over a month to recover from the acid blood and in that time he had then desided to leave that land and snuck onto a ship and made it to Mystery island where he lived in the jungle for years after. Loving the peace he got in that place and enjoying the quiet he got being by himself, and as the years went by he continued to grow a like for being alone. Alone he heared no hateful words towards him, no comments about what he is, nothing, he loved it.

Attitude: He enjoys silence and his time alone. He can be quite lazy unless he wants to do something really badly and refuses to be bossed around. He can have a bad mouth sometimes and trys to speak his mind. Highly enjoys freedom and will fight to the death to keep that freedom. He hates the idea of love and isn't even sure about friends, calling others 'Just those I have met' and never friends.

Notes: Eori's claws are hard as diamond and are his best weapon. Because of his small size and his strong claws he can easly climb almost anything if he needs to. Also, his body rejects blood, which meens it burns him like a acid on contact. Also, he can't swim at all!

Mind Set

Eori, because of the way he grew up, doesn't always have the right mind set and logic. If something bad happens he will commonly blame it on himself for something. He doesn't see much value in his own life and doesn't really fear death. He doesn't want it to happen any time soon, but doesn't care hugly if it does. 'It will happen soon enough, so why worry about it?' Is his mind set for that.

He is extreamly sturborn and if he doesn't like someone he won't hide it. He hates backing down from something and refuses to show weakness to most. When he planned to kill the slave drivers, even though he knew it would hurt him his mind set was 'If I die, I'm taking those fools down with me'

He doesn't have a huge understanding of the meening of friends and because of that he doesn't referance those around him as friends.

He also does not like talking about his past much or get into to many presonal things about himself. He keeps as much of the strange things about him secret for fear of these being used agesnt him like in the past.

The Ship

Because of a accidental meeting of a run away female xweetok slave named Chloe, Eori and her ended up sneaking onto a pirate ship and in turn became part of the crew. The ships name is 'The Last Resort' and is captained by Kolh. Here is a little on the others on the ship and what Eori has to say.

Captain Kolh- As his title says he is the captain of the ship and a Xweetok as well. I really don't talk to him much...If he says do something I do it. Thats pretty much the only conversations we have. I don't mind really listening to his, or other pirates on the ship's orders...since they are atleast nice then the slave drivers. He does seem to care about his crew though...and I'm still amazed he let Chloe and I stay on the ship insted of throwing us off.

Teo- He is a Xweetok, the first mate and the master gunner. In my mind he is rather weird in the head and has some strange abilitys and is even immortal. Its actually cause of him that the rest of the crew found out about my...'problem' with blood. Not only that...he is just...strange...baddly. x.x'

Vita- A shoyru and the Quartermaster on the ship. Even for hew small size...she is AMAZINGLY strong...as much as a grarrl...which can be rather scarry at the start. But she seems really nice actually.

Chloe- Its because of this Xweetok that I ended up on the ship. Sometimes I question if thats a good or bad thing x.x' She is rather happy go lucky...which is really strange to see. She said she was a slave at a fruit plantation before I met her... She really doesn't like talking about her past at all and seems to just forget things she doesn't like and commonly changes the subjects of things.

Al- A Kyrii who got off to a bad start with Chloe cause her petpet ate one of his butterflys...which he is very protective of. He is also a very good fighter from what I have seen and seems ok enough, though I don't talk to him much.

Pike- A rather annoying brat at times who sticks to Teo and is always refuring to him as master...which does get on my nerves a little...He was the one who found me hiding on the ship...though it was more by accident then anything else. One strange thing about the kid is he is amazingly fast.
