Do you recall the review site Dream Reviews? Well, if you do or even if you do not, I, Sasha, co-owned the site with a dear friend, Dani. The site lasted a year or so, but due to personal issues, we were unable to continue with Dream Reviews. Dani quit neo shortly after the site went on a hiatus, and I just didn't have the proper amount of time to devote to the running of the site. There were just too many things going on all at once.

Now, however, I have free time coming out of my ears, and I would like to try my hand at the reviewing business one more time. I'm even working on a directory, with the help of a dear friend. I'll talk more about it once we've got it up and running, though. Well, with school out for the summer, a part-time job, no more baby-sitting my niece or nephew, and with the majority of my friends going off for the summer, I think I have a chance to make this work! Haha.

May 16, 2010 Well, I logged on a little late today. My baby girl, a chow-chow, became very sick this morning, and all of the local vets are closed on Sundays. So all day long I've been on our sofa with her, hoping that she would just get better. A little while ago, she got some energy back so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that when we go to the vet tomorrow it won't be anything too serious. But, now that I've been her to bed, I'm logged on and updating a few little things. ^^

May 15, 2010 Today's been something else! We have five dogs at my house, and at three this morning, they all started howling! Two of those three are beagles so can you imagine the volume of the noise! It was terrible! And one of these dogs is a chihuahua, and she started howling, too! She sounded so pitiful, like air being let out a tire or something! Hehe. It was funny and infuriating all at once. Well, anyway, now I'm on neopets.. Yay!

May 14, 2010 The other day, when I got home from my last day of school, I found that for the first time in months.. I had absolutely nothing to do! And so I logged onto the internet and popped by neopets. I got to poking around a bit, but I was still bored. I didn't want to play games, chat, or do anything like that. And then I remembered my old site, Dream Reviews! So to make the story short, I worked all this morning and part of this afternoon so as to get this site up and running as quickly as possible! I now introduce you to Evaluate Reviews. Evaluate for short, please. ^^

I will not review guild homepages, about me pages, wishlists, or screenies. The site cannot be under-construction or on hiatus. My site's button must be put up before being reviewed. The only exception for this would be you changing your mind about the review, you requesting the review be removed from my site, or your site closing. Also, please do not constantly contact me about it. I will try and do three or four reviews daily so it will be finished quickly.

Also, before contacting me for a review, make sure you keep up with your updates, have three or more affiliates already, you are listed in at least three directories, and have two link back buttons with the dimensions of 88x31.

Site Name :: 10 out of 10 Apple Tree is a very whimsical name, and it really makes me giggle both on the inside and the outside. It's cute. It's fun. It's playful, and it's easy to remember.

Layout/First Impression :: 6 out of 10 At first glance, the site looks very nice and organized. The colors are apple-like, however, I'm not really a fan of the banner. The background is amazing, but the font just doesn't suite it very well. Also, the layout's colors don't quite match it. Pick the exact color codes from the banner for the site. Use the shades of orange, peach, red, brown, and green that are present in the banner. But other than the colors and the banner's font, the site is simple but appealing. I especially like how compact it is.

Organization/Updates :: 9 out of 10 Like I said earlier, I love how compact the site is. It makes navigating a breeze, and with the way you've kept everything in its proper category is wonderful. The only thing that I was suggest doing would be to look at the alphabetical order of some of the sub-categories.

Content :: 7 out of 10 You have a lot of site listed, which is amazing! However, you could have more. Advertise by making boards on the HC. Make sure people know that you exist! Also, work on getting your top recommended sites listed. Visitors will want to know who is your favorite. They'll trust your opinion, and a lot of people tend to prefer visiting top recommended sites. They feel more confident with them. But really, you are doing such a fantastic job thus far!

Grammar/Punctuation :: 10 out of 10 There's not a lot of text on Apple Tree, but what text there is seems very well written. You did everything correctly!

Extra/Useful :: 5 out of 10 You've worked hard on Apple Tree. You really have, and I can tell. I know that a lot of people are using your site. They have to be, and it is so very useful. Directories are one of the most important forms of sites out there, and I, personally, thank you for taking the time to tend to your Apple Tree. Score :: 47 / 50
