Welcome fellow PCers to my adoption page!
If you have seen me around the pc, you may have noticed I am an avid pet trader.
Well the time has come to quit trading, for now..
I just recently obtained all the pets I was seeking, so no more reason to trade!
So now I am stuck with all these extra pets, which I have decided to find lovely homes for via adoption.
Just use the tabs on the left to navigate through the page, I hope you find a lovely pet to apply for~

I've gotten a couple mails like this, these probably being the worst. All have resulted in immediate blockage. Honestly folks, it's all I can do not to go on an angry rant to these nubs .-.

So I probably should have stated this earlier.. even though I hope it's obvious. I am in no way obligated to adopt out any of these pets. I though I would mention this for a couple reasons. First off, I get a lot of people asking me "how many applications has _____ received?" I did not mind this question at first (even though I don't have any answer for you), but then I got to thinking- why does this matter? As long as you feel like you would be the best owner for the pet, why should anything else matter? Secondly, I have adopted out numerous pets in the past, only to now find them abandoned/frozen. I realize now that that happened because I chose an owner that was not the best for the pet.. but just happened to be the best out of the applicants I received. So even if I do get applications for all my pets, I will be much pickier this time around. If I don't feel that the right owner for my pets have been found in the applicant pile, then I will choose to keep for the time being. Please understand this.

Uloid deadline extended! To January 1st.

But all other pet applications, besides Uloid's, are due today, get em in!

Rules

1. Petpage or neomail applications are fine

2. You must be four months old to adopt any of my pets, neo's rule, not mine

3. Deadline is December 18th, extensions are fine- please just let me know if you need one. Also, I will not be looking over any applications until this day! Sending them in early is fine, but please don't delete them until after the deadline.

4. Neomail all application to my main, ecology, any applications mailed to any other account will be ignored.

Hints and Tips

1. Not only do I look at applications, but also accounts. How well your current pets are treated, How active you seem to be, etc. all plays a major role.

2. Literacy is key. If your first language is not English, I understand, just please let me know. Otherwise, no excuses- it also helps to have your application reviewed on the boards.

3. If doing a petpage application, a layout always looks better and is easier to read/navigate. Premades are fine- that's all I ever use.

4. Have fun with the application, show your dedication to the pet any way you can think of, and best of luck!

A good friend of mine gave me Uloid because she was a dream pet of mine. Needless to say that friend and I had a falling out. I really cant bring myself to keep Uloid after that, but I still expect nice applications for her.

FAQ

1. My account isn't old enough, is it okay if I adopt on an aged side then move the pet over to my main later if chosen to adopt?
That is perfectly fine. Adopting on active sides is also okay. And, if your account is only a month away or less away from aging, I do not mind waiting.

2. Is it okay if I morph/paint the pet if chosen to adopt?
I would be against this for most of the pets, but I realize some pets like Frankish you may be more interested in for the name. So just verify it with me first.

3. What browser do you use/what is your screen resolution?
I use firefox primarily, but I also have ie and safari. Resolution: 1280 x 800

4. Is "so-and-so" UFA, Can I adopt her now?
Ugh- hopefully this is the only nub question I will get. Please just a reminder.. don't be like this. I really have no tolerance for it anymore, I ended up just blocking this person.

5. If chosen to adopt Kiasoh, may I lend her out to close friends?
While I am nervous about this, once the pet is adopted out I have no control over what you do. I just would like that that she would only be lended through transfers, and to only close friends. As long as you are not adopting her for the /sole/ purpose that she is an avatar pet.

6. Do we need to notify you if we're planning on applying?
I was going to make this a requirement, but decided there was really no need for it. My inbox gets full enough as it is.. So just make sure to get your application in on time, and ask for any extensions if needed.

7. Are the genders on the pets changeable?
Yes, I do have the scientist as a challenger on one of my lab accounts. Im unsure about transfer statuses.. but Im sure if you need it to be changed we can work something out.
