1. Petpage and neomail apps are both okay! I will not view one above the other. If your neomail app exceeds one neomail, put it on a petpage or lookup or whatever. I don't want to lose it.  <br>2. Please put a disclaimer, that I did not force you to make your application, if you chose to make a petpage app. This disclaimer also should have the word "green" in it somehow.<br>
3. You must include all your accounts. <br>
4. Honesty is a must. 
<h1>Tips</h1>
Here are a list of tips that I have come up with based on my own experience and from what I have observed. ^^
<h2>Do's</h2>
<img src="http://i.imgur.com/jpWkfGa.png"><b>Be creative!</b> I love seeing creativity! Whether it's your app style, your story, your character, how you present yourself, I love seeing orginality. Makes apps a lot less boring to read. <br><img src="http://i.imgur.com/jpWkfGa.png"><b>Be honest!</b> This is huge for me. If you don't draw or make art, don't say you will enter the BC. If you don't write stories for your pets, don't say you will write Avran one. <br><img src="http://i.imgur.com/jpWkfGa.png"><b>Put effort into your application!</b> I don't judge on the quality of the different things that are added to your application- If you chose to draw Avran, and it isn't so good, I don't mind. I like to see the effort you put into it. I've been not chosen for a pet before because my art wasn't as good as someone else's, and I never want to do that to anyone else. And this doesn't just apply for art! It applies to anything! (Customization, stories, anything!) <br><img src="http://i.imgur.com/jpWkfGa.png"><b> Be detailed. </b>I don't mind reading long apps, and seeing little bits of extra info that no one else includes is a nice treat! <br><img src="http://i.imgur.com/jpWkfGa.png"><b> Feel free to change his gender, or repaint!</b> I don't want to stifle anyone's creativity. 
<h3>Don'ts</h3>
<img src="http://i.imgur.com/40BrrkC.png"><b>Kiss up.</b> I find it pretty annoying, actually, and will make me like you less. <br><img src="http://i.imgur.com/40BrrkC.png"><b>Pester me about updates/deadlines.</b> That also makes me like you less.<br><img src="http://i.imgur.com/40BrrkC.png"><b>Lie.</b> What did I tell you about honesty? <br><img src="http://i.imgur.com/40BrrkC.png"><b>Give me the whole, "He is my dreamie, I will love him and feed him and play with him!</b> Those are givens. <br><img src="http://i.imgur.com/40BrrkC.png"><b>Apply to retrade.</b> Just don't.
