That's right, TBC's adoption agency has closed. I need more time for myself and I want to lab my own pets. It has been fun finding homes for pets, but not I'm so busy that I cannot be on to transfer.
The Agency will remain up so that if I do have time, I will re-open it. PLEASE DON'T FILL OUT ANY APPLICATIONS. Please don't ask me to "give you the pet". Hello and welcome to my adoption center. I adopt well named pets from the pound then I lab them until they are painted,and then I will place them up for adoption.
This is a true adotion agency.All pets in this adoption center were painted and now are fostered by me. I lab pets on 3 accounts (toiletbowlcleaner4, fussysnapdragon & chickenfingersnsyrup).I have access to all pets in this agency.
I do not create limited edition pets to "fill" my adoption center, if a pet is limited edition they zapped that way. Each pet's page has their adoption information and their lab diary.
Please remember that not all pets come with petpets, and if they do these petpets are from the petpet lab and should not be removed.
If a pet has not been adopted and has been in the adoption agency for the longest time, I will assume that nobody wants it and I will place the pet in the pound. I will always strive to find decent homes for my pets.
I do not advertise other people's pets, that seems to cause more trouble for me.
*I also do not have a preset pound date or a certian amount of applications that need to be sent. All applicants will have one week to get their applications to me after I accept the first appliction

PLEASE READ THESE RULES BEFORE NEOMAILING ME
I do not accept petpage applications.
Before you fill out an application:
I will tell you exactly how to have your application accepted, and it's painfully simple. This is a test of your ability to follow rules.
Make sure your account is old enough to adopt, have less than 4 pets and make sure those pets are not sick and read all the rules on this page
Filling out the application:
Do not copy and paste the questions on the application and then fill it out. Answer the questions in parapgraph form and use proper spelling and grammar (just use microsoft word if you're having doubt. I'm not very picky on grammar). Don't use abberations or chat speak because I have a hard time understanding it. Remember that the pet has a name and gender, so I will expect you to use both. It needs to be readable and flow smoothly(don't start every sentence with "I").
*You will have exactly one week to pick up your pet. If your pet is not picked up by that time, then I'll open the applications back up for that pet.
Sending in your application
Put the name of the pet you want to adopt in the subject line (putting the subject as "application" or anything without the pets name will automaticly have you deleted, i need the pets name in the title so I can save the applications and find them quickly). When you're ready to send in your application send it to toiletbowlcleaner4 only, not the account the pet is on.
What I look at when I'm surveying your account:
I like seeing a person that is active on neopets. With that in mind I look at avatars (no certian number), I look at your shop, if you have a gallery I'll look at that too. Game scores and trophies also show particapation,but I don't judge an account by that alone.
I do not like adopting out to side accounts, please keep that in mind when applying.
I also look to see if you're in a guild breaking rules or if you have any questionable content on any of your pages.
I like seeing people who alredy take good care of their pets: Healthy, happy and fully healed pets look good. Along with that I like seeing people who give their pets petpets and decorate their look-ups.
Keep in mind that you don't have to meet all of these to be concidered, they are just some things I look at. Basically anything that indicates that it's not a side account.
What I do not like:
Adopting to side accounts:I very rarely adopt pets to side accounts unless nobody has applied for them. As long as people are applying for those pets, I'll say no.
Adopting to owners/members of other adoption agencies: Due to past experiences I will not adopt to you if you're apart of another adoption agency. I am sick and tired of people applying for my pets so they can turn around and ask insane petpage applicatiolns. I'm so sorry to those that are innocent.

APPLICATION

1. How old is your account?
2. How often do you play neopets?
3. How many other pets do you have?
4. Have you ever adopted a pet before?
5. How do you earn neopoints?
6. Why are you a good owner for this pet?
7. If chosen do you understand that you are not guarenteed to get the pet because anyone will be able to adopt the pet when put in the pound?
8. Did you read and understand the rules?
9. Do you understand the waiting period?
10. How did you hear about us?
11. Tell me about yourself

*if for whatever reason your application will take up more than one neomail, just put it on a petpage. Don't worry about a layout, just leave the page plain except for the text. DO NOT have any images, background, or any type of layout (you can change the size of the font if you want). I don't like petpage applications, because knowledge of HTML or having artistic ability does not indicate a dedicated owner. This really helps me, thank you.

The waiting is the Hardest Part
This next rule is very important I refer to it as the "waiting period". Once I accept one appliction, other applicants will have one week to turn in their applictions for that pet. At the end of that time, I will choose the best applicant (if there are any others)to adopt the pet. I do this as a courtesy to other users who are working on applications for that pet. If you don't like this policy, then please don't apply.

Tips for a sucessful adoption:
1. Make sure you have enough np to adopt the pet from the pound.
2 Make sure your internet is running (sometimes it will time out)
3.If you have AIM I'll give you my SN if you need it so you can contact me
4.Start refreshing the quick adopt link about 5 seconds before the agreed time. Continue until you see the pet, click the picture. If you haven't seen the pet after 1 minute contact me, somone may have adopted the pet before you were able to. If that does occur, please keep in mind that it's their pet, you can contact them, but they can keep it if want. Keep in mind that it is not my fault that the transfer went wrong, it just happens some times. If you're inexpeirenced at transfers, you may not want to apply.

Rejection/Acceptance
If you have been chosen to adopt a pet, it dosen't guarentee that you'll get the pet. I reserve the right to cancle the adoption baised on the following reasons: Pestering-constant neomails asking "r u on"? There are better ways to ask. Being rude- I can't stand somone that is rude to another person, especially when they're giving them somthing. The phrases "give me" and I want it now" are horribly rude. I don't care if you are simply a rude person, be nice to me and we won't have any problems. Putting off the adoption- if you are putting off the adoption because you're applying for another pet or for another reason, you'll loose the chance to adopt. You'll only have one week to adopt a pet(I very rarely make exceptions). If you're seen breaking the rules- If I catch you breaking the rules, all bets are off; you're not getting the pet.
Because it isn't fair to ignore you, I will let you know if your application has been either approved or rejected (and will give reasons). Please respect my descision. Because I expect the same out of everyone, no exceptions will be made. It would not be fair to those that read the rules and filled out a good application. I will not allow you to refill out the application once you've been rejected as you have failed my test. You're welcome to return to the adoption agency and try again at a later date.
