There was a horrible storm on Lutari Island. Rain was splashing everywhere. All of the wildlife was soaked. The other lutaris hid under trees and in dens. I was young at the time and wanted to play in the water. My family was hiding safely under a tree huddled together. My mother yelled for me to come back, but I was oppositional and stubborn. The other lutaris watched me, in fear something might happen to me. I saw a glowing stone in the mud. I picked it up and it turned yellow. I held on to it as I kept playing, the storm worsening. Lightning struck a tree, which fell to block my path between my family and I. The tree caught fire and the one next to it caught fire. And the one next to that, and so on. Panic raced through my mind. The fire was getting bigger, and the heat. The heat was unbearable. I wished there was someway I could, just, fly away. I heard screams coming from the other side of the fire. Then it was silent. The only sounds were the crackling of thunder, the sound of the rain, and the rustling of trees in the wind. I fell to the ground and cried as the flames burned me. I rolled over into the water to free myself from the burning flames. I could not swim well yet, as I was still young, let alone with the waves attempting to pull me under. It wouldn't subside. I decided self-consciously that I was not going to make it. I stopped fighting the waves, yet I was still holding onto the yellow stone. The last thing I remember is sinking farther and farther into the water, the seaweed tangling around me. Then I woke up on Mystery Island. Everyone was staring at me. I did not know why. I approached the water and gazed into it. I was… different. I had two red antennae. I had wings with yellow feathers, the ones at the end with red tips. I noticed that in the light, they shined just like the yellow gem I had found. My back claws were missing. They had burnt off. There were yellow ribbons attached to my arms and legs. I had red lines separating my dark and light patches of fur. I also had two yellow stripes on my back, each end with a red tip. I decided to live among the forest. Travelers in a group called TNT found and captured me and took me to a place called Neopia Central in the dead of night. I was brought into a building called "Create A Pet". There were other lutaris in the cages all around the room, including neopets of other species there too. At the break of dawn, a big door opened and people rushed in, grabbing lutaris and rushing out. Nobody even came near me. I even saw some people pointing and laughing. I curled up in the back of my cage and cried. After most of the crowd left, a calm looking girl walked in. She looked around and then spotted me. I was still crying. She walked up to my cage and spoke to me. "What's wrong little guy?" I lifted my head. "My name is Hannah. Would you like to come home with me?" I nodded. Hannah slowly removed me from the cage and hugged me. I looked down and saw she was with three other neopets. One was an ice bruce. It smiled up at me. Behind him was a red bruce. He looked young. He hopped around like I used to. Then there was this other neopet. He was looking away from the other two. Hannah introduced me. The ice bruce was named Mr. Flufums. And the red bruce, Squirt. The strange neopet had no name. Hannah said he was a lab pet, whatever that is. Hannah released her grip and put me on the ground. "I'll call you Water. Do you like that name?" asked Hannah. I nodded and jumped up and down. I liked the name Water. It reminds me of my childhood. "Come on everyone, lets go home." Hannah picked me up and we all started to walk home. I was loved.

Months later, TNT said that the Altador Plot will stay open. Hannah and I rushed to finish the plot. My favorite part was taking care of the petpet=). Then, after we saved Altador, King Altador gave me a cute little Faellie named Zero. He is my best little buddy^_^.

I got Zero from King Altador when Hannah and I finished the Altador Plot. He always stays close to me. Although, occasionly, I leave him at home with Hannah. I remember one time Zero got stuck in a tree. I got him right out. Now he never likes to climb trees without me.
