I am Sunflash the Mace, badger lord at Salamandastron. I was captured by Swartt Sixclaw in my attempt to take revenge for the death of my father, Barkstripe. My mother, Bella of Brockhall, presumed me dead, while I was really a slave for Swartt, my sworn enemy. Eventually I escaped, with the help of my kestrel friend, Skarlath, and later killed Swartt (the price of which was Skarlath's life). I was then reunited with my mother, and moved to Salamandastron, where I changed my name to Sunstripe and became a farmer.
