Article A, Code of Conduct Section 1: Board Rules i. No spam allowed. Consecutive posts are allowed, but if you want to add several things to a few posts, neomessage a board monitor and they can delete your posts so you can merge your ideas into one. ii. Do not abuse the calendar. The guild calendar will be checked regularly. Anyone found to be posting excessive events is subject to follow punishment located in Article A, Section 2 iii. Do not harass members of the guild. This will not only get you reported, it will get you booted. Degree of harassment will determine punishment. Once again, council will vote on course of action. iv. Do not undermine the coordinators of the guild activities. It is their job and they know how to do it. In certain conditions, temporary replacements can be appointed should the coordinator be absent for an extended period of time. v. Requests for invitations do not belong on the guild board. They should be neomailed to someone on the council, who will then determine a course of action. vi. Do not beg to be a member of the council or to get more prize points (see Article B for information regarding prize points) Section 2: Punishment Protocol i. Warning in Neomail and Deletion of Offensive Posts if applicable ii. Suspension for one week. ALL SUSPENSION last one week. Asking for a suspension to be lifted may extend your suspension for another week. iii. Suspension and council further action. The offender will be suspending indefinably until the council will determine whether they will be blocked or whether they will be given a suspension. iv. Expulsion from the guild. Indefinitely. NOTE: Due to the varying severity/in-severity of rules stated in Article A, Section 1, certain steps of the disciplinary process may be skipped or repeated at the discretion of the guild council. NOTE: Disciplinary hearings will be available to anyone who has been expelled from the guild. It will take place between members of the council and those expelled. Article B, Activities and Prizes. Section 1: Prize Point System i. Prize Points will be awarded to winners of guild activities. Each guild activity page will have a sticker on it that will determine it's point values. ii. It is by sole discussion between the council of the guild and the coordinator of the activity that the point value of an activity will be determined. iii. Point values are final, based on the 'sticker' on the petpage of the activity or the Activity Homepage. iv. The coordinator of the activity may not receive points for that activity. Everyone else is eligible. v. Coordinators are to neomail the leader of the guild who received what points at the end of each circuit of the activity. vi. The member with the most prize points at the end of the quarter will be featured on the main page of the guild vii. Prizes will NOT consist of any neopets item or neopoints. viii. Prizes available through prize points will be determined by the council. We have the right to deny anyone a prize. Article C, Job Responsibilities and Powers Section One: Job Responsibilities and Powers i. Guild Layout Managers Creates and edits guild petpages and guild layouts. Has the Layout Control Admin power. ii. Guild Meeting Host(ess) Edits the agenda for the Guild Meetings. Has the Guild Mailer Admin power. iii. Board Monitors Monitor the Guild Message Board to ensure that all posts are within the above rules. Has the Board Monitor Admin power. iv. Guild Poll Manager Creates the Guild Poll, edits it and posts the results. Has the Guild Poll Admin power. v. Points Coordinator Manages the totals of the activity points for each user. vi. Calendar Monitor Manages the guild calendar, notifies the guild of upcoming events. Has the Guild Calendar Admin power. vii. Rank Adjuster Has the Member Admin power. Edits the ranks of all users to fit the following formula: (# posts/2) + months in guild + activity FOWPoints 10-20: Insane 20-40: Solver 40-100: Obsessed 150+: Master 1) Rank Upgrade not available until 2 months after joining guild. 2) Months in guild will be since July 2010; posts in guild will be counted as of the 1st of august, 2010; Activity points will be counted from August 1st, 2010 onward_ viii. Inviter Invite people to the guild after they are approved by the council. Has the Guild Invite Admin power. ix. Activities Supervisor Manage all the workings of FOWP's activities. x. Disciplinary Action Administers warnings, suspensions, and other icky stuff to users based on the reports of the Board Monitors. |
