Although it's really hard to say no, I just can't, sorry! :( Once one person asks for one, tons of others will too. HOWEVER, this doesn't stop you from being able to drop a suggestion. A suggestion could be like "can you please make more robot pet lookies?" or "Hey, I think a faerie bubbles pet lookie would be spiffy!" Remember, this site is dedicated to helping all neopians, not just one.
A handful of people might be able to get custom pet lookies, but these are people that I know well aka good neofriends.

Sorry but no. =[ That ruins the point of me making you the pet lookies anyways. And I really don't want random people taking my codes--they can claim my hard work as their own. The same goes for the graphics. Stealing is bad folks, even if it is coding.
Hi! I was wondering, what program do you use to make your graphics?
I've been using Paint Shop Pro 9 forever. It's a really good program, and since I've used photoshop before, I can say that there are some effects that are more easily generated using PSP9. But maybe it's just personal preference.
How do you make those diagonal stripe backgrounds?
At first, I tried to make them by hand using PSP9, but that was rather time consuming. Now, I use this wonderful offsite stripe generator. Just google
stripe generator and click on the first result. Believe me--this program is great, free, and easy to use!
