A listing for customs!
What is a custom? A custom is when one person offers to create a pet and paint it in exchange for an already exsisting pet. The person that is getting the custom gets to choose the species, color, gender and name as long as it is within the price range of the person offering it and the name is untaken.

To list your customs, you have to make sure you do 3 things:
1. Understand the rules of trading a custom for a pet.
2. Fill out the form below.
3. Neomail the account manning209
Simple right? The following information should be provided in the neomail.
Type of custom:baby, royal, 400k, etc.

Understand the Rules
1. You may only do 1:1 trades
This applies to any pet trades, regardless of the type of deal.
2. Once the item HAS BEEN BOUGHT, you CANNOT back out.
If the pet has been painted, the person that requested the custom CANNOT back out.
3. You CANNOT offer to train a pet in exchange for another.
Customs are only okay when a pet is being PAINTED.
4. You CANNOT offer to attach a certain kind of petpet/petpetpet.
That is considered exchanging items for pets.
5. You CANNOT send your Neopet over to be painted.
Customs must be used on pets the person offering already has or they must CREATE a new pet.
