Who am I?

My name is Hachi, and I have been playing on neopets since I was 11 years old. 7 years later, I am still here doing the same thing I have always done: creating characters out of neopets. It's really my favorite thing to do. I am currently well into my first year of college, studying to become an illustrator/graphic designer. Being on neopets has had a big influence on my life, and I continue to strive to create more neopet characters.

Because of my full-time school and work schedule, I am unable to log onto neopets daily. I am on about 3 times a week or more. I have had many accounts in the past (I couldn't decide on a username), but now I currently have _hachi, my main, and ransidd, my side account. If adopted, Bermudan will be placed on my main account, _hachi.

Why me?

Let's get this clear- I ADORE MUTANT PETS! While it may not be apparent when looking at my accounts, I really do love mutants! This adoration is a recent development. I love the challenge of creating a human-like character, or anthro character, of a mutant pet. For a long while I have dreamed of being able to adopt a gelert mutant. While I know it seems silly and it seems like I am sucking up to you in order to win Bermudan, but I'm really not. There is something about the Mutant gelert design that is just simply beautiful, despite their apparent ugly mutant-ness.

Although I do not know any of the other possible adopters of Bermudan, I know I am a reliable, creative, good choice for adopting Bermudan. I do not take an interest in simply owning a neopet. My intentions are to give life to my neopets, and I definitely have plans for Bermudan. I will not let her rot or be forgotten.

Plan's and Goals for Bermudan

I am incredibly excited to start creating a character for Bermudan. I think it is more of a challenge to create a female mutant character, so I am still trying to figure out how to add her feminine features to the very masculine designs of a mutant pet. Please understand that it takes, at the very least, a couple of months to decide on a solid character design for any of my pets, Bermudan included.

Art is a very important aspect to me that makes a character come to life. Along with the actual artwork, a character's backstory/current personality is also very important. Here is an example of how her personality will look like:

My goals for Bermudan are as follows:
1. To continue to develop her character
2. To enter her into the BC a couple times a year
3. To develop her personal petlookup/petpage

Personalities for neopets evolve as I evolve as a person. As long as a neopet is with me, they will continue to grow as a character.
